I bit back a laugh. Gavin, however, did not. Elara just shot him a look while Gwen smiled widely. "I'm glad to see they didn't break you, dear. I'm the former Luna Queen, Gwendolyn Ashbourne. And this reprobate's grandmother." She raised an eyebrow at Gavin. "I swear, he has better manners."

Evidence." "Richard Thorne is also Racheal's grandfather," Elder Marcus pointed out. "His testimony could be biased." "Then investigate," I challenged. "Cross-reference the journal with Society records. Interview other retired hunters. Look into the disappearances of Ghost Wolves over the past fifty years." I leaned forward. "The truth is there. You just have to be willing to see it."

Lucifer said to her. “I do.” Gwen said, turning her attention to me before she looked back at Grimm. “Hey Grimm.” “Hello, Gwen.” Grimm said with not much excitement. She rolled her eyes, hearing the dull tone in his voice before turning to her ex brother-in-law. Gwen was the messenger for Lucifer. She was always telling him things about what is happening above them. “MaryAnn is actually in labor.” Gwen told him. “I thought you might want to know about your other kids you keep having on my sister.”
