Hades And Persephone Novels & Stories

The meek, quiet woman who had withered in the Temple of Light was gone forever. "You are beautiful, Lyra," Hades said, appearing behind me. His eyes were full of awe. He took my hand and pressed a kiss to my fingertips. "Today, all the realms will witness you become my one and only, to share my throne and my eternity." When Hades and I walked side-by-side into the grand hall, the gods of Olympus were already assembled. Their faces were a mixture of astonishment and a complex, veiled discomfort. After all, just a few months ago, I had been Apollo's betrothed.

I closed my eyes, the screams of terror in the room were like music to my ears. I threw my head back, overcome by the desire to feed. Yet I would be patient for my Aphrodite. She needed to eat first. She needed to have her fill. I ran my hands through Aphrodite's hair. She brought her face from the neck of the dead babe, "oh, Abigor, my hunger is not satisfied."

Bob’s tone was sarcastic. Lex looked up, “I have – what have you got on Hades’ sons?” Bob produced a folded piece of printed A4 paper and handed it to Lex who snatched it hungrily. He folded it impatiently. “According to G****e, Hades, who is also known as the god of the underworld had three children, Zagerus, Macaria, and Melinoe. The first is a boy while Macaria and Melinoe are girls. Now if you’d ask me, I think this information is irrelevant. Nothing concerns Greek mythology with Nigerian homicidal maniacs.”

She believed Hades still had feelings for me and constantly fought with him over it. Her resentment deepened. Around that time, a young, wealthy heir accidentally crossed paths with her. She couldn't resist and cheated on Hades. After that, her disdain for him only grew worse. Hades eventually discovered the affair. They fought bitterly, but Olivia refused to stop seeing her lover. In the end, Hades caught them in bed together. Olivia defended her lover, while the man insulted Hades for being a worthless cripple. Enraged, Hades grabbed a knife and stabbed Olivia's lover. Both men died from the struggle.

He watched him leave. He climbed up to the hill within a broad strain after leaving the barren valley, and he was more determined to find his daughter, her voice still called out to him. All of a sudden, a huge bird flew close to him flapped its broad wings. This stunned him and he missed his steps. He tumbled down the hill unceremoniously. As he tried to get a hold of his bearing, the brown Haast Eagle though bigger than any bird he has ever seen fluttered its wings again causing him to fall. It grasped him with its clawed feet. His screams were of no help for he know that the Haast eagle was known to feed on humans too. He felt almost squeezed to death by the sharp claws around its body.

The lily flower suddenly turned red like blood, the red color brought a gentle scent but hidden in it were resentment, mourning and pain. Seeing that scene, the goddess Persephone stood up, her eyes glittering with anger. She hated the behavior of her husband standing in front of her. Obviously this was the son he loved, but Hades cruelly treated him as if the boy was a prisoner and had to endure an ancient punishment.

There were golden yellow, palette yellow, white, orange, an pink. “Woah, talk about a daffodil craze.” she remarked. “To tell you the truth, your ladyship, it was almost impossible to grow any flower in the underworld especially because of the absence of the madam.” “Really? Then what is it with Hades and daffodils?” In her mind, she is calling him stupid. “You might not remember this but daffodils or narcissus, as we call it, reminds the master of you.” “Of me?” Angelique searched her brain for possible connection of Persephone, Hades and narcissus but failed. Unfortunately, her favorite Greek mythology couple is Eros and Psyche.

You make it so that I can at least visit my family’s dreams and send me back the second he is dead. ‘You have the word of the Gods.’ Zeus says with a smile. ‘Take me to him.’ Zeus nods and leads the way out of the room. The image then swirls to her chasing Hades as he falls to the earth and then through it followed closely by Sonya. They hit the underworld with a thud. Sonya quickly grabs him by the throat and slams a cuff around his throat. Then jumps and drags him back to the heavens for his judgement. She stands before the Gods on their thrones and throws Hades at their feet.

Artemis, who had been with Claudine all day, now stood near the garage entrance, watching. Her eyes occasionally met Charon’s. There was a brief, almost unseen look between them, a silent message of shared burdens and deep trust. Claudine noted it. They’re more than just colleagues. A very tight unit. Like two pieces of a dangerous puzzle. Hades has loyal people. It makes him even stronger. And more isolating for me. Even his enforcers have a softer side. It’s almost…sweet. A dangerous kind of sweet. Hades swung his leg over the bike, the engine rumbling to life, a low, powerful noise that vibrated through the floor. “Hop on, baby girl,” he said, a triumphant smile on his face, his eyes spea

“This time, I don’t plan to sneak in. I will knock on his front door and demand Kyra be set free.” “Instead of pissing Hades off more, we need to try to reason with him. Since we can't return the Scepter in exchange for Kyra, we need to see if there is anything else he wants. I can have him meet us somewhere.” Zeus answered. “This won’t be the first time I have made a deal with him, and it likely won’t be the last.” I suspected Zeus was referencing how Zeus had made a deal with Hades regarding Hades's wife and Zeus’s daughter, Persephone. Where she would spend six months with her husband and six months with her mother, which is the reason behind the change of seasons.
