To Theodore's surprise his mouth was stained with blood and two long fangs were glistening with blood in his mouth. Olivia's neck was covered in blood. Alistair immediately dropped an unconscious Elena on the floor. "You... You are a vampire", Theodore said in shock. Never in his wildest dreams had he imagined that Alistair could be the Vampire he was searching for all this while.

He was shirtless, so I saw the tattoos that occupied his large biceps and his chest. His hair went down to his shoulders, and it was as black as night. But it also looked incredibly silky and well-managed. His eyes initially appeared black, but as the light shined down on him, I realized quickly that they were dark blue. He was staring at Joseph with a disapproving look and Joseph didn’t look the least bit phased. But I could hardly breathe being this close to another vampire.
