Hybrid". Callum stuttered. He was more normal than before, still not fully. Stephen smiled a bit. "Hybrid. It's a mixture of Vampire and Werewolf. My Mother was a vampire. Mated to a Wolf. Which is fatal by the way. But she had some supernatural powers so... My Dad.. A pure blood wolf. He was the Alpha of the pack. That made my mom Luna, second in command.

Bloody Mary Mary knew that the bodies had been stacking up as a lazy tech pushed it toward the elevator. She could tell by the look of indifference on his face where he was going. The sound of popping gum echoed the hallway as she walked unnoticed as she headed toward the stairs. Stopping at the morgue door and with a shiver, Mary slid through the door quietly and stood in the shadows waiting for the drop off the dead body.

Mary laughed. "Yeah I do, I never get tired of it." Hannah rolled her eyes. "Sorry, was just joking." Mary giggled, she reached out for the remote when suddenly the lights went off. "What's going on?" Hannah asked looking panicked. "I don't know... maybe it's just..." Mary paused as she start to inhale something. "Did you smell something?" Mary asked. "Gas?" Hannah asked freaked out. "Yeah... what's going on?" Mary asked back too, they widened their eyes.

The next day. When Yuri came downstairs with her canvas bag, Zenne Ye happened to be telling Bright Ye about yesterday's forum. Mary Ye seems to have seen a ghost. “No other witness must see it aside from you and me. Come, let’s walk faster.” They walked faster this time, changing into strides until they reached the entrance of the forest. “Just a little deeper into the woods and he’s there,” said Mary looking into the deeper part of the forest biting her lips helplessly. “Show me the way, Mary.” Mary led the way going deeper into the forest first while Adrienne followed from behind her. When they were fifty meters away from the entrance, Mary stopped. “We turn right and we’ll find the corpse of the dhampir.”

The third floor contains five rooms, which are: A interrogation room for humans; Mary not only had the responsibility to hunt the supernaturals, but she also had to deal with serial killers. The second room was an interrogation room for superhumans.

Meanwhile, the chubby little sorcerer who had caught me hiding squeaked like an excited donkey, clearly thrilled with his “catch.” Whispers sparked around the circle. “That’s her…” “The last elemental fire wolf…” “Her blood can open the path…” A chill shot through my spine. Path? Don’t tell me this is some gateway to something awful. Someone stepped forward—a frail old man in a dark green robe, dried twigs hanging from the collar. His aura was thick with earth and wood. Ancient. Heavy. “Mary Ann McCarthy of Ignith is dead,” he said calmly. “But her daughter is alive. And the Havent Ritual will never be recognised by the Sorcerer Council without a sacrifice from a rare supernatural being.”

“Merci. Okay, ready your French, Trisha, ‘cause I wanna tell her what I found out and what I think is going on.” “Bring it on,” my friend replied. Slowly, keeping a calm, warm tone, pausing every few words to let Trisha translate, I told her where she was. Also about Henry and who the other ghosts in the Manor were. Finally, I told her about Ann Marie crossing over a few weeks before she was cast down to the Manor. When I finished explaining something, I would ask if she understood. Every time, the KII lit up like a Christmas tree. Finally, I told her about Amy failing to send her back into the light the night before.

He looked me up and down, his eyes dripping with pure lust. “Well, look what we have here,” the younger man purred. “Who is that?” I hissed to Mary, trying to shrink behind her. “He’s a monster,” Mary whispered, her voice laced with deep trauma. “Whatever you do, never let him catch you alone. That’s Cain.” “Is he dangerous?” “Very,” Mary said, her eyes welling with tears. “He... he forces himself on anyone who works here. Including me.” My breath hitched. “What?!”
