**FLASHBACK** Leia POV I was finishing the final touches of my look. I curled my blonde hair but pinned it back on both sides, blue jeans and a black tank top. I wasn't overly flashy and this was a human party that I decided to go to. "Leia, we really shouldn't go. We have been warned to stay inside the lands." Una nagged. "It is just for a couple hours Una, we will make an appearance and then come back home. I promise." I replied. "Just know that I do not agree with this." Una said before pushing herself to the back of my mind. I know she means well and I should probably listen but I am due for a good time. My best friend is a luna of a pack now, I've been a little sad, I really miss her.

“Once you meet your mate dear brother you will understand just how unrealistic that request is.” “Well when you find her for me, let her know I have been waiting a little too long for her.” He somberly. “I know big brother, I know.” I said as I left the war room to go and tour the complexes that were still going up behind the compound. While it did look like for the most part the one compound was fully erect, while another was more than half way up. The third looked like the foundations were just getting poured. “Luna?! We didn’t expect you till much later. Would you like a tour?” A man walked up to me.

The right clone, still partially linked but receiving garbage data, swung its blade in a panic and accidentally decapitated the center clone. The unit fell apart. The perfect triangle shattered into three broken, confused men. Marcus recovered, charging forward with a roar. He grabbed the remaining standing clone by the neck and slammed him into the blast door, crushing the helmet. Silence returned to the antechamber, save for the sparking of the broken frog toy. Kzzzt... Namo... Kzzzt. Jack stood up, wiping black fluid from his hands. He was breathing hard, his ribs burning. "Remind me," Jack panted, kicking the frog toy, "to leave a five-star review for that thing."

New threats simmered in the shadows. The clones had not all been destroyed. In the chaos of the final battle, several enhanced duplicates had escaped the labs. They were out there—looking exactly like Damian, programmed with fragments of his memories, but loyal to the old syndicate’s remnants. They moved in the shadows, gathering followers, whispering promises of a restored order. One week after the Architect’s fall, the first clone appeared. It walked into the provisional council meeting wearing Damian’s face, dressed in a perfect replica of his old CEO suit. The room fell silent as it sat at the table.

A massive bear-kin warrior stepped forward, swinging a jagged obsidian spear at the chest of the closest clone. The thick stone blade impaled the grey-skinned monstrosity perfectly through the sternum. The clone did not even flinch. It grabbed the shaft of the spear and violently snapped it in half. The wound in its chest knit together in a fraction of a second, the pale flesh aggressively regenerating around the broken stone tip. The clone stepped inside the bearkin's reach and drove a fist into the warrior's ribs, a blow so fast and heavy it sounded like a cannon shot.

With Miguel's return to the room, the two could come across two guys standing at his door, one with brown hair in a well-aligned haircut, a shaved beard and standing with his hands in his pockets while the other was talking super excitedly, gesturing a lot. This one had dark blond hair combed back. As Miguel approached the duo, he put his hand on Catherine's shoulder, making her look at him a little scared at first. His hand was warm, and he had to take a step to his side, which made her smell his wonderful scent. It was Miguel's perfume, with a woody odor that matched perfectly with his lumberjack style. The trance in her mind was broken when she heard him introduce her.

Clay asked, raising his arms one at a time as the girls squealed with delight as they clung to his biceps. “My friend and coworker Don Hunter. He’s the shop teacher that made the Yoda pod for Ryū’s Halloween costume,” Darius explained. “Huh. Weird.” Clay furrowed his brow, having a similar expression as we watched Reese giggling. Our badass could crush a man’s skull with her hands if she wanted to; cousin was giggling like some dainty woman. “This is weird,” Darius frowned. “Very weird,” Clay nodded. “Leave them alone. You know if you say something wrong, Reese will kick all your butts,” Riko wagged a finger at us.

" I promise to not hurt him too much and also, you can always rely on me whenever you need to talk." The two separated and looked at each other. Lee grinned at him before opening her mouth to drop a bomb. " By the way 'uncle Dash', I would like to move into the main base with Hannah. She will be safer over there. Additionally, I have managed to attract the attention of one of the members of our Rival gang. I am afraid that one of these days, he will come budging into my house and scare the princess."

The Rebel ship, The Vengeance, groaned as it pulled me out of the cold vacuum. I hit the floor of the hangar bay with a heavy thud. My skin was no longer soft; it felt like warm marble, and my veins pulsed with a dark, angry red light. I didn't need a suit to breathe. I didn't even feel the cold. The explosion of the station had burned away the last of the "failed" clone. What stood up was something much more dangerous.

“You had a mother. A life. A love. I had needles. Orders—Silence.” “You can still choose—” “No,” the clone snapped. “You don’t get to offer me mercy. I was made to replace you.” Her eyes gleamed. “And now I’m going to...” She reached behind her back. Pulled a blade and lunged. Jian intercepted her mid-strike, shoving her back. The clone spun, slashing his arm before flipping over a console and vanishing into the corridor. “Damn it,” Han hissed, chasing after her.
