As good news continued to circulate, everyone could relax. Caspian was exhausted, but he didn't return to his room. He sat on the ground to rest. "Larissa, thank god you stepped in. We won!" Larissa looked into the distance and shook her head. "It's not over yet." Caspian followed Larissa's gaze in confusion. Then, he saw a man in black, holding a bazooka. He was emotionless and had robotic movements. "That's … a clone!" Caspian exclaimed in surprise.

“She’s been cloning more than me.” A soft hiss drew their attention. The door behind them slid open, and the clone stepped in. His shirt was torn, bloodless despite the fight. His face was calm again. “You can’t run from perfection,” he said. Liam stepped forward, shielding Ava behind him. “You’re not perfect. You’re empty.” The clone tilted his head. “And you’re obsolete.” He moved first too fast. Liam barely blocked the first hit, but the second landed across his jaw. The fight was brutal, silent except for the sound of fists meeting flesh and the hum of the pods vibrating from the impact.

As the clones float away, Kaymaer is revealed with a tiny orb in his hand. “Antaroq Eznon Mordor!”, he yells, firing the orb at X. X stands there as the beam hits a portal and appears behind him. He barely dodges as the beam appears to be faster than it was. X raised a finger, his halo slightly pulsing. “Hypersphere”, he says and a transparent orb, at least two times bigger than the current battle planet we were on appeared, swallowing Kaymaer, and the beam. It hits the inside of the sphere and disappears.

“Because I know the only way to end this is together. And because I couldn’t let Riley finish what she started—not yet.” “Not yet?” Lila echoed. A shadow flickered in the corner of the shaft. Something moved faster than her eyes could track. A secondary Harper clone—silent, sleek, stalking them. Before anyone could react, it lunged. Lila barely rolled aside, hitting the floor with a thud. Sparks flew from the exposed wiring it collided with. Cade shouted, swinging a metal pipe, connecting with the clone. It fell, but the red energy inside it pulsed, warning that the danger wasn’t neutralized.

**FLASHBACK** Leia POV I was finishing the final touches of my look. I curled my blonde hair but pinned it back on both sides, blue jeans and a black tank top. I wasn't overly flashy and this was a human party that I decided to go to. "Leia, we really shouldn't go. We have been warned to stay inside the lands." Una nagged. "It is just for a couple hours Una, we will make an appearance and then come back home. I promise." I replied. "Just know that I do not agree with this." Una said before pushing herself to the back of my mind. I know she means well and I should probably listen but I am due for a good time. My best friend is a luna of a pack now, I've been a little sad, I really miss her.

“Once you meet your mate dear brother you will understand just how unrealistic that request is.” “Well when you find her for me, let her know I have been waiting a little too long for her.” He somberly. “I know big brother, I know.” I said as I left the war room to go and tour the complexes that were still going up behind the compound. While it did look like for the most part the one compound was fully erect, while another was more than half way up. The third looked like the foundations were just getting poured. “Luna?! We didn’t expect you till much later. Would you like a tour?” A man walked up to me.

The right clone, still partially linked but receiving garbage data, swung its blade in a panic and accidentally decapitated the center clone. The unit fell apart. The perfect triangle shattered into three broken, confused men. Marcus recovered, charging forward with a roar. He grabbed the remaining standing clone by the neck and slammed him into the blast door, crushing the helmet. Silence returned to the antechamber, save for the sparking of the broken frog toy. Kzzzt... Namo... Kzzzt. Jack stood up, wiping black fluid from his hands. He was breathing hard, his ribs burning. "Remind me," Jack panted, kicking the frog toy, "to leave a five-star review for that thing."

New threats simmered in the shadows. The clones had not all been destroyed. In the chaos of the final battle, several enhanced duplicates had escaped the labs. They were out there—looking exactly like Damian, programmed with fragments of his memories, but loyal to the old syndicate’s remnants. They moved in the shadows, gathering followers, whispering promises of a restored order. One week after the Architect’s fall, the first clone appeared. It walked into the provisional council meeting wearing Damian’s face, dressed in a perfect replica of his old CEO suit. The room fell silent as it sat at the table.

Holding my hand, he whispered, “Mom, Dad hasn’t left us. He has gone to destroy that ‘clone’ mother, who is being created in the primal laboratory at the center of the Earth. Dad knows that if that clone is completed, she will take your place and seize the entire Moreno Empire.” I stood frozen. My own clone? Who is creating it? And why did Lucas go alone? I tightly gripped my silver sword. “Son, we have to return to Earth. We can’t leave Lucas alone in this danger.” We entered our small emergency capsule once again. Cutting through the endless void of space, we began our journey back to our blue planet—Earth. During the journey, I could only think about Lucas’s enchanting smile.
