“Do you have the spell book?” Hazel nodded and reached for the spell book lying on the floor. She handed it to Halle, who snatched it from her hands and immediately flipped through the pages. The room was dead silent as Halle searched the book, her eyes scanning the ancient text until she paused. Her brow furrowed, and then her expression darkened. “The page…” Halle’s voice was low, laced with fury. “It’s been torn out.” “What?” Hazel leaned closer, her eyes widening as she saw that the page with the spell she had cast was indeed missing and ripped clean from the book.

The hug was short and brief but it gave Akira the strength she needed to push just a little bit further. They walked around till Orion paused at the fantasy section of the library, the children's section to be precise. “Eureka!” He exclaimed. Akira chuckled at his childlike expression, “what are we doing here?” “Does this look familiar?” He asked.
