NOVA I spent a few more hours practicing the spells that Asriel had taught me. I was practicing alone while he met with his warriors, making plans for the upcoming battle. Asriel explained that it was the rebels who were behind the kidnapping of the witches in Scarletville. I was on their list as well. The rebels had been capturing witches for months. They were forcing them to side with them and killing those who either turned out to be too weak or resisted. That was another reason why I needed to master those spells. I had to know how to use my magic to attack.

“Albus was in the middle of trying to restore it, remember? And it’s not as though you know how to reverse it. In the end, you all talk-” “Except he left us with a way to,” Raymond interrupted, holding up a book from his person. “It took quite a bit of reading, but there is a rite in here that can undo other rites. The best part is it does not require the participants to be completely willing to undergo them.” Maddie became shellshocked by this… A rite… That undoes other rites…? They were only acting so small-minded because, for some reason, they believed he could be swayed. Snarl snarled, a wicked, raspy sound that made everyone fall silent. "Yer all acting like damn monkeys, not wolves ! Think with your brains ye damn noodles!" He leaned closer to the fire, making eye contact with everyone except for Damon before continuing. "There's gonna be rebellion. That's unavoidable. But by aligning with this witch, we'll be stronger. We can stop them before they strike." "I don't see why that plan needs a witch bitch at all," Shadow sniffed. "Damon would make a better alliance with one of the other wolves clans. That'd show those rebellious traitors and make 'em think twice

But before we could make a move, Kieran spoke, his voice low and full of reverence. “You’re too late,” he sneered, his eyes flickering toward us. “Harold is coming back.” I stepped forward, my heart pounding. “What have you done, Kieran?” I demanded, my voice firm. “You don’t understand what you’re playing with.” Kieran smiled, though there was no warmth in it. “I understand enough. The LifeOrb has the power to defy nature itself. Harold will lead us once again. And with him, the rebellion will rise.”

James bit on his lower lip,his eyes narrowed,his anger simmering. “ Formal introductions you say? What's so special about your display of premium foolishness? Sheila here doesn't look like someone who enjoys the union you share. Why don't you let the girl go? She's not happy being your puppet.” Why is Alpha James suddenly interested in helping me? Is he a guardian savior? Luca frowned. " She shouldn't have to be happy. Her happiness doesn't matter as long as I am happy, that's all that matters.” Luca rose to his feet.

Ready to do anything for Vera to agree to this. "No one is to know that I am the Rebel Rosie. Only you know." Rosie nodded ,she understood her reasons, no one would have thought even in their imaginations that Rebel will be a girl. Women are considered weak and dependent. Untill someone like Vera comes breaking this stereotype and challenging the inflated egos of these high headed men. Plus Alpha Logan is a member of the council and Rebel ,a most wanted criminal. No way in hell will she let them find out that this girl in front of her.

Having everyone on board was proving to be quite beneficial. “Okay, before we call this meeting to an end, I would like to discuss one more thing.” They all stared at me quietly waiting for me to continue. “There have been numerous attempts on my life and Liam’s at the hands of the rebellion. The rebellion consists mostly of witches but there are some of each species in it. I want it to be known that any attempts or plans of attempt to take our lives or any of your lives, will be considered treason with a punishment no less than death.”

Two men pulled me up and pushed me forward. I let them push me around and spit at me as they take me where their leader is. Hopefully, I get to see my mate before they put a bullet in my head or cut it off. Members of the rebel group and humans were lounging around and they all glared hatefully at me before spitting on my way. Some even threw things at me. "Kill! Kill! Kill!" They begin to chant at the top of their lungs.

However, Aurora did not expect Umbrage to rebel. Umbrage was not satisfied with just ruling over the dark side of the kingdom. She wanted to be the overall ruler of the rest of the witches' kingdom. She became fascinated by dark magic and the power it brought. Umbrage's desire to rule was insatiable. She began entertaining thoughts of ruling over the supernatural world.
