Flames surrounded Persephone and amplified her capabilities as she held her Phoenix sword again. That fire doesn’t leave the opponent’s body unless it turns to ashes. “I can’t believe it.” Zadicus smirked, chuckling a little. “What?” PErsephone arched a brow and Zadicus cast his spell, “Calling upon the Malevolence, pledge my soul to the sovereignty of abyss- Exquisite Darkness.” He cast the exact same spell as Persephone’s but with a black and purplish aura, representing maliciousness. “Let’s do this.” Zadicus smirked, tightening his grip on his sword. They both exchanged nods and rushed to their side of the wing to cut it down definitely.

I wasn’t here to pass. Let them think I was weak. Let them mark me as unworthy. I’d take that and walk out with my head high. One more name. Then, “Zara Hughes ,” Mistress Kyenna called. The crowd went quiet. My heart didn’t race. I stepped forward, walked the path between the students, and entered the circle. The runes pulsed once beneath my feet. I stood still..The moonlight shifted. The air bent..Something cold pressed against my back. I exhaled slowly and waited for nothing to happen. Suddenly my watch flickered again.

Christie suggested. “Exactly,” Sloan sneered. “Because as far as Zeda’s concerned, she’s just a Fire Mage who can’t even control a simple flame, let alone four elements at once.” “Even a newborn baby would know there’s nothing scripted about this video,” Carrie said, looking at Sloan with disgust. “Wow, Debtor. So you’re the Avatar of our generation,” Torvin said to Zeda with a grin, and a few others chuckled. Zeda blinked twice, trying to pull herself back from her thoughts of Lucian.

We reached the base of the spire just as the moon broke through the clouds. And there she was. Headmistress Morwen. She stood at the center of the summoning circle, her silver-streaked hair lifted by the wind, She carried the Obsidian box in her hands. The Key to the Shadow Vault. The one thing that could unleash the Hollow Army, an army of cursed souls bound to the will of its master. Harry stepped from the darkness. His presence warped the air, bending light and shadow. His silver eyes burned, not with triumph, but with something darker.

“Of course not, my love. You know that I miss you every moment that we are apart.” I clear my throat to remind the enamored couple of my presence. Azazel smirks. “Lucifer needed female advice.” I snort. “I do not need female advice, you wanker. Just look at me.” I gesture to my face and form. Zoe laughs. “Oh, I see that you’re also suffering from “hot guy psychosis.” I look at Azazel, who turns to her and gives her a curious look. “What the bloody hell is “hot guy psychosis?”

“Now, what did Jonathan write?” “Let’s see. Scepter equals Excalibur. Sword of Gryffindor rules. Mirror of Erised.” I squinted a little as I read the handwritten note. Isis shifted in my lap, turning to look at me, utterly confused. “I’m not sure I understand that. Why does Jonathan go from talking about Excalibur to Harry Potter? I mean, both are British, and Merlin is in both, though obviously only spoken of in Harry Potter.” Isis’s brow was furrowed as she tried to understand that strange way my friend’s mind works.

The grimoire turned out to be the largest book Cassandra had ever seen, with pages made of parchment illuminated with tracery, and it was open to a page thickly covered with elegant, intricate writing. To Cassandra, it was the most beautiful handwriting she had ever seen. She felt the urge to trace her fingers over the inked pages. There were pictures of herbs, flowers, roots, and seeds. There were also diagrams and drawings of astronomy. Some of them with suns, moons, and stars, or symbols for the zodiacal constellations: two fish for Pisces, a bull for Taurus, a hunter with a crossbow for Sagittarius, and so on. Each of these had female figures arranged in two or more concentric bands. Mos

"I know you think that I may be out of my mind, but I beg you allow her to be whole again." He didn't say a word and retired back to the shelf. After a minute of waiting, he returned once again with the book in his hands. "My name is Zod and I can help you with the spell. You can only cast such dangerous spell in this place and no where else." He informed as he handed over the book to me. I totally understood what he was speaking about. The people believed that magic doesn't exist. And prior to being a Werewolf hunter, I believed the same theory. However, with the number of wolves I had killed, I believe magic was real.

Zuri broke my trust countless times, and she knew how best to cover up her sins so I wouldn't find out and punish her, but I had been lenient enough. I saw the look of horror in Luna's eyes when she heard me raise my voice at Zuri. I felt Luna's heartbeat from where I sat, and I told Harry to take her away. If the castle became heated with whatever decision I was going to take in respect to Zuri cheating on me, then it was more likely going to affect Luna too. So, I waited for Harry to take Luna away as she was a stubborn lady, and I saw how she wanted to fight with Harry. But Harry knew it was best to chain her hands and take her out, as the chains were used on stubborn dragons, either hand

“It's time for you to get rid of people who put the family in danger. Or rather, me in danger.” Confusion settled in Hunter's eyes as he tried to understand whom Zora was referring to. “Who is putting you in danger?” he questioned. “Fierce and the triplets, Hunter. They represent a threat. You need to make a decision,” said Zora, pointing at me. Her eyes gleamed with malice as she smiled at Hunter. Hunter released Zora and began walking toward me. His eyes, now under the influence of rue, lost the gleam that once revealed his understanding. Zora watched, satisfied, as I prepared to face the majestic gray wolf Hunter would transform into.
