Riding My Father-in-Law

Riding My Father-in-Law

I watched him turn his back on me once more, walking up the grand staircase of the mansion, not even glancing back at the wet, messy footprints I left on the floor. I bit my lower lip while staring at his retreating figure. His broad shoulders, his perfect posture, and his icy demeanor only fanned the flames consuming me from within. The harder he resisted, the more challenged I felt. Matthew stopped halfway up the stairs when he heard my footsteps. Even though he was kicking me out, I remained standing at the bottom of the grand staircase, looking up at him while tightly pulling my bathrobe closed to heavily emphasize my curves. "I thought I made myself clear, Adeline," he commanded coldly,

My Luna, My Son, My Regret

My Luna, My Son, My Regret

Kaden’s eyes glazed over as he mind linked his men, and half of them took off with Dylan’s corpse. When I glanced back at the tree where he was laid against, I could see no trace of whatever transpired left. It’s as if it never happened. Even the scent vanished when they took away his corpse. Then, I felt Adeline grow uneasy. “That feeling earlier…” she reminded me, “I’m starting to think it wasn’t Colton that we sensed earlier…” she spoke. I raised my brow at her, “What are you suggesting?” I could feel Adeline’s contemplation, going silent for a few moments.

Love the story, writing was intense and keeps the storyline moving. I just would have like to have seen the family reunion. Overall amazing writing but be ready for some intense scenes that can trigger some of you. Happy reading!

Needs a little editing, but still really interesting. The author has a way of storytelling that helps you fully immerse yourself in the story. The FMC is the typical weak to strong, but the story has tons of potential. I hope the writer doesn't intend to rely on clichés/tropes.

The bad boy in the next door

The bad boy in the next door

Sidney Midnight I woke up next to Adeline. Our eyes meet, like ocean currents. I felt in paradise, in the world of heaven. White sheets and curtains, a completely spacious and bright room. I ran my finger across her lower lip and she bit it lightly, setting my body on fire. I took her mouth intensely, devouring it with my hungry tongue. I ran my hand over her abdomen, feeling the volume of her belly that carried my son. I looked back at her and she smiled. His hand took mine, leading it back to the place of his belly. I kissed her forehead and closed my eyes, imagining a peaceful place, but when I opened them, everything was gone. One more… One more nightmare. Of all the nightmares, this one

Trapped With The Ruthless Alpha: The Heiress Vendetta

Trapped With The Ruthless Alpha: The Heiress Vendetta

I didn't trust him enough, after all, there was someone who had enough reason to stab me from behind, it was my own brother. I turned and walked away, mind-linking Casper. “Pull the men back. Leave the wreckage. We’re done here.” For now. But the war? It had just begun. One thing was certain now: Adel wasn't in the city. She was probably in some remote town or worse. I could not feel her and the distance was driving my wolf crazy. The cloud rumbled, and it started to rain heavily, blurring the distance. I got to the car, and the rain was washing away the blood stains and aftermath of the battle.

Dragon's Blood (Book Two)

Dragon's Blood (Book Two)

The creature approaches me and then lies down in front of me. Stepping toward the large hound I reach out placing my hand on the nose of the creature. The dog closes their eyes as a strong presence fills me. I gasp as the dog begins to disappear, slowly begging absorbed through my fingertips. My breath picks up as my lungs begin to burn. I sink to the ground gasping for air.

Wild Love

Wild Love

The witches strenghten their hold, and start their chants, and this time, there's an undeniable force in the room, and I try not to think of the implication that I was the person she loved the most, because as much as I'll like to relish in that fact, it's in the past tense. With us in their midst, the chants go stronger, louder, and suddenly, a bursting light, and I try to see, only then do I see her, Adaline, she looks so beautiful, and she's in a resturant, but is not alone, there's a man seated beside her, I grit my teeth, thinking he's her boyfriend, then I notice the discomfrt in her expression, and the way she's trying to back off, leaning away from him.

Claiming Her (#3 The Southern Werewolves Pack Series)

They didn’t divorce, but they didn’t seem to reconcile anytime soon. Before Clavier could say anything, Adeline collapsed, and he rushed in to catch her body. “Adeline!” Clavier called as her eyes were slowly closing. He touched her forehead and felt her skin was burning hot as if she was grilled alive. There were red markings all over her arms. With her shaking hands, she reached for something inside the pocket of her jacket. “What’s this?” Clavier asked. “The drug...the First Elder’s blood used to produce the drug...and the research data….” Adeline replied softly before losing consciousness.

My Every Hue

My Every Hue

Adeline has to live in a world full of betrayals, problems, and mistakes with a bit of miracle. Adeline woke up the next day after the alarm sounded. From what she remembered, she never had an alarm clock. Therefore, where did that loud and annoying sound come from? She suddenly hears a groan. A man’s morning groan. She gathered her thoughts before realizing she’s not in her apartment. She’s at someone else’s and she didn’t know whose. Adeline could feel the bed moving and she’s lying to it, although she’s not the one moving. She carefully turned her head on the right side to see who’s sleeping right next to her, and a piercing scream broke the morning silence.

Adored By My Ruthless Alpha

And strangely, I didn’t feel any attraction towards her. I wasn’t sure if it had faded over time since it was a stupid infatuation or if was it replaced by someone more…important? I walked out of the manor and found the ‘more important.’ Adeline stood before the birds with a bowl of grain in her hand, and she fed them. The birds seemed to be flocking around her as if she was snow white. Her lips moved as she looked at one of them. Was she talking to them? I moved closer to listen in.
