Night Slayer

Night Slayer

Jo held her breath, not waiting for him to tell her what lay on the other side, and plunged ahead. It was more like a children’s slide than a doorway or a fall. She found herself slipping on her backside about five feet into the earth before she hit something at the bottom. Her eyes adjusted to the dark quickly, and she realized it was Zane she’d collided with. He moved aside, and knowing there would be more LIGHTS team members coming down the shoot, Jo got up and moved out of the way just in time to clear the runway for Cadon, Leo, and Ping.

Scarred by fate

I know he is already on his way. “Shame there is not more of you,” Joey murmurs. “Not even a handful. That is disappointing.” Zanthe roars in my head. ‘Now, Zahra!’ Joey tightens his grip. “Think you can take me? I could break you so easily. A runt like you never sees it coming. Maybe I should let a few rogues in next time and see how you really handle yourself.” That is it. I move. My head snaps back, smashing into his nose.

Dear Zaddy

Dear Zaddy

"Zaddy," That wasn't the name. Where that one had come from, he had no idea. But it was like she just emptied a tank of gasoline on his fire, and he wanted to explode. He abruptly shot up, lifting her with him in the process, like she was a feather. He plunged her back into the soft leather seat converted to bed, panting hot breaths on her face, piercing into her soul, "What did you just call me?" Taking aback, Shola clasped her palm over her mouth. Zaddy was a term she'd always used to refer to a Zayn Malik looking kind of sugar daddy; her kind of man. A man like Solano Vicenze.

Auctioned Bride Of The Cursed Alpha

Auctioned Bride Of The Cursed Alpha

“No. If a Velm wants to communicate with you, she’ll find you. You cannot find her.” I gave a small nod and turned away, preparing to teleport since I had gotten the part I wanted. But Jojo suddenly stopped me. “Xlynor.” I glanced back, over my shoulder. “You know I have many questions, but I won’t ask them. Just… stay safe and try not to make enemies with a Velm. You’re a demigod hybrid, we aren't. For the sake of the pack… avoid them,” she muttered. I hummed in response, then turned to Zane. “You're dismissed.”

A Dangerous Atrophy

“Leave! You’re a bad person! Memory Homestay doesn’t welcome you!” Madam Dunn was smacked so hard that she was nonplussed. “You brat. Stop it.” Despite that, Jojo acted as though she had gone crazy. She smacked the broom at Madam Dunn. “I’ll beat you to death, you bad person. I’ll beat you to death! Why are you bullying Boss! Why are you forcing Boss!” Madam Dunn did not know what to do with Jojo who had gone berserk. She evaded and threw herself onto Jane. “Jane, I’m your mother. Ask this crazy brat to stop… Ah!”

I just finished reading the book, I enjoyed it and found myself looking forward to each chapter. There were moments where it felt neverending and repetitive, nevertheless I can't wait to read the end. In the meantime, I ask other readers what their thoughts of the book and how they hope it will end?

Absolutely amazing! I've been an avid lover of books for my entire life and I can honestly say that this either ties with my favorite novel, The Count of Monte Cristo, or might even surpass it with it's engaging plot, interesting characters, and a writing style that constantly keeps you wanting more

IN LOVE WITH A LYCAN

IN LOVE WITH A LYCAN

Joan stopped in her tracks and turned to look at Johnathan. “You saw it?” He nodded and stopped walking also. “It wasn't supposed to end that way, but it had to for everyone to be safe. Liam…well in what I saw…he didn't make it. Hazel tries to kill you with a knife coated in Forbidden magic but he saves you and ends up getting hurt in the process. You tried to save him with your powers but it was too late. I saw many other things too that I can't say yet but you will understand in due time” Joan could only stare at Johnathan looking completely shocked and confused.

The Alpha, the breeder, and their triplets

The Alpha, the breeder, and their triplets

“I don't think there's an escape route here. Also, there are a lot of chances that both of us won't survive here. That man must have left to get more of their men.” “As it should be…” Jojo replied. “Even if I try to stop the red lions, they will never stop. All they do is to follow their order. They can even kill me if I stop them. They would say I am a traitor!” “Don't be afraid…” I told him carefully. “That won't happen as long as we can get out of here before Beatrice finds out!” “About what?” Jojo asked carefully. “The medal I gave her is fake…” I replied solemnly. “Once she takes it to a man belonging to the red lions, it would alert the rest that I am in danger. The only sad thing is t

THE REJECTED OMEGA'S FATE

“Hey, Luca.” I pressed my eyes shut, tightly when I heard Jojo’s voice. I turned to see her in a body fit tight and crop top, jogging up to us. I dropped the dumbbells and stretched my legs. “What are you doing here, Jojo?” I asked her. “Aren’t you supposed to be training the young shewolves?”

The Rejected Beta and Her Cursed Lycan King

The Rejected Beta and Her Cursed Lycan King

This was him cleverly playing the part of ignorance to absorb himself of blame. Relief flooded through Zara as she spun around, “Joel!” she called out happily. He looked utterly surprised—at least he was not faking that. Joel was surprised that the failed hunters were able to deal such damage that it would force Zara to transform and decimate them. Was it because they were that good or did something else happen tonight? Zara was not sufficiently injured for him to risk attacking her himself, combat wise, she still surpassed him and Joel was not going to make any careless move.

Frequently Asked Questions

Man, 'Jojo from Jerz' hits differently—it's this wild, hyper-local web series that blew up in underground circles. Think of it as a love letter to New Jersey’s weirdest corners, following this scrappy, loudmouth protagonist Jojo, who’s basically the human embodiment of a Trenton grease truck sandwich. The show’s all about her chaotic adventures, from trying to hustle her way out of debt by selling bootleg merch to getting into slapstick fights with rival borough crews. The dialogue’s packed with Jersey slang so thick, you’ll need subtitles, but that’s part of the charm. It’s like if 'The Sopranos' had a baby with 'Broad City,' but everyone’s wearing Air Force Ones and arguing about pork roll vs. Taylor ham.

What really sticks with me is how unapologetically niche it is. The creators aren’t trying to appeal to coastal elites—it’s pure, unfiltered Jersey pride, down to the soundtrack of obscure Newark drill rap. Jojo’s this antihero you root for even when she’s making terrible decisions, like that episode where she tries to smuggle a full-size pizza into a movie theater under her hoodie. The series walks this fine line between absurdity and heartfelt moments, like when Jojo bonds with her nonna over making gravy (that’s red sauce, for you outsiders). It’s messy, hilarious, and weirdly poignant—like stumbling into the best party you never knew existed.
