She’d probably be furious if it got left behind, her phone has a ton of pictures from tonight.
“We’re not at my house are we? I can’t look at my mom tonight,” Hazel asks, pulling back and trying to look out the window.
Her face immediately turns curious when she sees we’re in the city. When she looks back to me, I make sure there’s a warm smile waiting for her.
“I didn’t think we were even in the car that long,” she questions.
“About half an hour, Missile got us all rooms,” I state, licking my lips.
The school is on the far edge of our pack’s territory and not at all far from the human city. When her face turns to a blush, I arch my eyebrow.
