Ari’s POV “You look amazing,” Everly squeals as she fixes my white veil. I chose a light pink dress to compliment the garden. Empire waist, of course, sweetheart neckline with embroidery flower in white thread from top to bottom, the very bottom of the dress is covered in a layer of lace. My veil is plain white with a blusher. “Let’s fix this part,” Mom helps cover my face with the blusher and we all turn to look in the mirror. Juliet- WOW! We are so beautiful.

The guests rose from their seats, excited to see the bride after the arrival of stunning bridesmaid. As Valerie took her position, the music turned vibrant along with Valentine’s heartbeat. He could feel goosebumps rising all over his body. The first person, on whom his eyes landed, was Harman. He stood at the entrance wearing a broad grin and extended his hand for someone. A delicate small hand was placed in his and finally, the star of the evening came in view. No sound could be perceived other than the jubilant music as she walked the altar. The dress was a masterpiece, an intricate design of lace and silk that made me feel like a fairy-tale princess. The dress had a sweetheart neckline and a fitted bodice that accentuated my figure. The lace flowed gracefully down the length of the dress, trailing behind me in a gentle, cascading train. There were delicate flowers and small gems studded on the front that caught the light and glimmered like a thousand twinkling stars. My veil also had the same flowers and gems running down its length. It cascaded like a waterfall of tulle, a delicate cloud of pink that enveloped me in its embrace.

She calmly tells Brianna. She gives her a loving smile, leans forward to kiss Zoe on her forehead, and slowly undoes her finger from Zoe's grasp. She sighs deeply, looking back at her mirror. She fixes the veil on both sides of her body. Her flawless figure is beautifully displayed. Even with her big baby bump, she looks radiantly beautiful. He narrowed his eyes mischievously as he said the last words. She laughed, her cheeks turning red with embarrassment. Simply because he had just complimented her. Even if it had been an offhand compliment, it was still a compliment. He thought she looked radiant today. Well... Apparently, that arugula and green tea face mask had actually worked. Ignore the name of the mask. It was a mask, after all, invented by "Laila", the female version of her brother.

She stole my design. She made it hers. Aria: Surprise. I drop the phone on the bed and stare at myself in the mirror, grinning like a dumbass. Which makes sense, since it symbolizes the connection of the heart between you and your partner on your wedding day. Mine is more like an apology on my chest for all the chaos I’ve caused in life.

The shining diamond earrings were moving a little and looking perfect on her milky, white skin. No doubts, she was looking more perfect than even a princess. Everything looking so realistic but she can still not believe it. It's happening...It's really happening. Everything was just like a fairy tale. At the last, mia fixed the veil. Eric gave her a bouquet of pretty flowers. Red roses, The one and only symbol of love.

Elisabeth's POV I used to think the veil was used to add more suspense to the wedding air. I thought it was used to keep the bridegroom on his toes as he awaits his bride but I could finally see the reason. The veil was used to hide whatever pain lay beneath. Whatever shadow was hovering over the face of the bride. As I approached the door with Claude following behind me, dread filled my chest. I wish I had the power to turn back time and I would not have even bothered to take the contract.

She simply taps the bolts she wants to see more of and he nimbly plucks them into a separate pile. “I’d like to see some cathedral length veils. Maybe tulle, silk organza, lace, net. Cream colored, not stark white.” She orders. “Of course, m’lady. What is the occasion?” He questions. “My lady’s maid will be leaving my service for her moon ceremony.” She gestures in my direction. “She’s been with me since she was a child, I would like to gift her a proper veil.” She says as if she is bestowing such generosity.

You never expect for it to happen to you, and then it does, and then you don't know how to move forward in fear of screwing up what you have. "Just promise me something" I say to her in a soft tone. "Don't run away from something that makes you so happy. You deserve more than that" She smiles and gives me a gentle nod as Alex re-emerges from the back of the room, an mountain of veils in her arms.
