I made my way down the road leading towards the old cabins by the lake. The houses would need some TLC if the new pack members decided they would like to stay there. I couldn't blame them if they did. I found myself getting lost in the view most mornings. I mentally counted the cabins as I passed each one down the road one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, sixteen, and I stopped at the seventeenth cabin. I ran my hand through my tangled tassels before I made my way to the door; I knocked loudly on the door. I heard shuffling inside the cabin before the door swung open.
