Dabby & Zeus. Tales of the Two Kingdoms.

Dabby & Zeus. Tales of the Two Kingdoms.

I leaned in and pecked his lips. As always, Zeus was left speechless as my lips touched his. I turned around and waved my hand as I made my way out of the hall of throne. --------------------------------------------------------- I was standing in the middle of the woods behind Helenora's cabin. Ever since she left, the cabin was practically left unprotected. I knew King Vlad left nothing inside the cabin to be fallen into the wrong hands. But I couldn't shake this uneasy feeling inside my chest that the cabin must be taken over by the Cerberus territory.

Rejected and Torn between Alphas

Rejected and Torn between Alphas

Maximus’ POV~~ “My help? Tell me, what did you need me to do?” She probed as the corners of her eyes crinkled. “Don’t mind my manners, healer; let’s go inside my cabin so we can have a proper discussion,” the old witch said as she took the lead and walked us to her cabin. The cabin hunched over like a crooked old crone, its roof thatched with a patchwork of moss and wild grasses. Smoke curled from a chimney that leaned like a drunken sailor, disappearing into the thick, twilight sky.

I have never and I mean NEVER understood why omegas are treated so harshly in werewolves stories. The stigma against them is beyond disheartening. I feel so bad for Callista and Dahlia, they don't deserve all the harsh treatment.
Janette
who could have poisoned Imogen? I sure know that Dahlia pulled out those stunts just so she could have Calista killed. I'm happy she was thrown into prison. She's betraying everyone, but for what exactly?

REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!

REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!

Alec Romanov was a great sailor until he fell in love with the goddess Hekacy. Surprisingly, the word "heka" in the Egyptian language is also both the word for "magic" and the name of the god of magic and medicine, Heka. Hekacy was the chief goddess presiding over magic and spells. Not only was she the one responsible for bestowing the first men the secret knowledge of using the art of witchcraft, she was also said to be the mother of necromancy. Not only that, but she holds a certain domain in the underworld as well and it was she who would appoint her lover the sacred task of ferrying souls who died at sea to the worlds beyond using the famed, Phantom Ship.

Detective Alsie & the Triplet Alphas-The Beginning

Detective Alsie & the Triplet Alphas-The Beginning

“We were. Then the six of us got together and came up with this concept. We had to tweak it a little bit after we found out about the pregnancy. Do you like it Gorgeous?” “I don’t know what to say. You six built me a house? What? It’s beautiful.” “Beta Kevin and Sarah will reside in the smaller cabin off to the left. Beta Paxton will reside in the cabin off to the right. Beta Paxton’s cabin is larger for when the Lycan King comes to visit as he will, since I am your mate and I told him I will not be traveling back to Lycopolis. Beta Paxton’s cabin had to have quarters for the Lycan King, his four traveling warriors, and his Beta. All cabins are connected by a tunnel underneath, the porch on

Rising From The Ashes (Book 2 of the Blood Moon Saga)

Rising From The Ashes (Book 2 of the Blood Moon Saga)

Straight ahead was a huge lake, and a long deck that was lit up by candlelight, at the very end lay a daybed, a roof sat over it. To the right was rich thick forestry and to the left of the drive was a small modern wooden cabin. It had huge glass windows overlooking the water, a deck sat right outside the place on an angle so the tinted windows were just a little less exposed. It almost felt magical, it was certainly beautiful enough to be magical. “Wow drake this is—“ I tell him, clearing my throat where a lump had formed “It’s beautiful. What is it? Where are we?” He presses the button on the little remote and the gates shut, he turns back to me and throws me the remote, on the keychain hu

 RISE OF THE LAST ALPHA

RISE OF THE LAST ALPHA

“I’ve heard lots of terrible legends about cabins in the middle of the woods. Most of them have been said to be possessed by evil witches and once you get in, you are cursed and you can’t get out again.” “Evil witches like Calisté?” the first Lycan snorted. Xavier could sense the sarcasm in his voice and he knew immediately that the next minute, he was going to be bursting into the cabin in search of himself and Rhea. He tiptoed back to where Rhea was sleeping on the bed and tapped her gently. “Wake up Rhea,” Xavier whispered in her ears as he tapped her. “We’ve been discovered.” “Discovered?” Rhea stood up, her eyes shining. “How come?”

Blood and Moonlight

Blood and Moonlight

“And by hounds, you mean—?” “Not the kind you’re thinking.” His lips twitched in something that wasn’t quite a smile. “You’ll know if we see one.” I shivered, unsure if I wanted to find out. We reached a small cabin tucked deep into the forest, its silhouette barely visible against the night. It looked abandoned — the kind of place you’d pass by in a horror movie right before something terrible happened. Kael pushed the door open with his shoulder, the wood groaning under his strength.

Shifted Fate

Shifted Fate

“You just gave birth; shouldn’t you wait?” Her chuckle was sad. “If I linger any longer, I fear my heart will shatter.” She brushed her daughter’s dark red damp hair. “Let us go.” She moved towards the door, and the two of us followed behind her. She traveled through the trees until we came to another cabin, and Hecate shifted again into her Crone form. Her hunched back walked slowly up the stairs to the door. With a swift knock, she put the baby in a basket on the porch that waved into existence.

I LOVED the 5 chapters I read. The author found a different path than the usual werewolf novel. HOWEVER! Unlike most novels or book clubs, when you reach a certain point, you have the option of buying credit, joining the club, OR watching ads. MINUS TEN STARS for no ad reading option. Pure greed.

I’d love for Amy and Rowan’s story to continue. Rebuilding the kingdom, righting all the wrongs… life between Amy’s story and Carly’s. Then Carly’s story. I’d even love some character stories as standalone. I love the world you’ve created. I’m daydreaming of the future of this world so much! <3
