The room revealed itself in a dim glow of moonlight filtering through the curtains. There, seated in the corner of the room, was Henry, wearing an outfit that exuded both daring and anger. His broad shoulders filled the room, and his sharp gaze pierced through my core. He looked formidable, dressed in a tailored black suit that accentuated his commanding presence.His chiseled jawline, dark eyes filled with intensity, and a hint of stubble on his face added to the aura of danger.

Worst of all, from someone I loved, trusted and could call my family. "How dare you!" He snapped. He squats to my level and drags my hair to force me look at him. "On whose permission did you make a call, uh?" I try to pull back and look away but he tightens his hold on my hair. "Look at me, you bitch." I raise my hand up to hold his hand on my hair, trying my best to reduce the pain as much as possible.

Nodding my head I answer, "Yes, I was thinking about it for quite a while earlier. I think that I would like it if we both went. I do not know much about hair so I could use someone else's opinion. "What kind of haircut are you thinking of getting?" Dante asks curiously. "Well, I saw someone the other day that had it shorter in the back and longer in the front. I kinda liked it. I am worried about it being too much shorter though. It has been long for so long that it is hard to imagine." I admit.

He pulled his hair in frustration again before picking his key and a bundle of cash. He would simply buy another hair. But before that, he drove to Vincent's apartment. He easily unlocked the door and he went straight to him room, swatting cob webs on his way until he reached that particular hair brush.

He would have suspected that she was a man if it wasn't for her long hair. "What are you looking at? Do you want me to call the police?" Maddie crossed her hands and covered her chest. Although Henry was left speechless, he recognized that it was his mistake, so he didn't argue with Maddie. Instead, he backed away while offering an apology. Don't come any closer! I'll call for help if you come back!" Maddie warned Henry with caution in her eyes.

Troy began getting silverware and dishes out and I started to help him set the table. “Really,” he laughed, looking at my place settings. “Really what,” I asked, confused. He eyed the table and raised his eyebrow. Hmm! I was proud of my silverware arrangements! “We’re not just not that fancy, perfect place settings. They’re not going to know what to do with more than one fork,” he snickered. “What’s wrong with doing things properly,” I huffed, teasing him. “We ain’t proper folks,” Henry said, coming into the dining room and sitting.

Which is how I ended up with extra chores for a week and an irritant Den who is getting ants in his pants from staying under 'lock-down'. “Don't know, Hannah ain't allowed, so if the Prez says yes then Hannah is going to get pissed.” I shrug when he lifts his head to face me in his 'what the fuck' look.
