The wind wanted nothing but to ensure that we noticed its arrival, skipping through the pages of the book, whipping my hair against my lips, I watched as Stefan narrowed his eyes, gripping firmly into the air, pulling a woman out of the shadows.
She was holding a golden apple in her hand, wearing an emerald green dress, with mesh sides, midnight hair, length like Rapunzel, But with bangs obscuring her eyes like a sheepdog, even though I was only seeing half of her face, I could tell that she was pretty.
“Stefan, the wise... we meet at last,” she whispered, it was the same voice— the one that wanted me to kill the brothers.
“It was you, you were the one that was trying to get me to kill them.
