Axel said smugly. I turned to face him, my expression unyielding. "I'm well aware that it isn't over, Axel. But I assure you, I won't be backing down anytime soon." He growled and nodded to Noah and before I knew it Noah went to hold my arms behind my back as Axel retracted his claws, preparing to strike. I didn't want to fight, but it seemed like I didn't have much of a choice. With a growl, I lunged forward, my arms breaking free from Noah's grip. As I lunged again, Axel jumped out of the way, growling angrily. "You're making this harder on yourself, Thorne." He spat. "You should just accept the fact that she's mine."
