He pointed the pencil at Rowan. ***"The Hero fell,"*** the Author spoke, the words appearing in the air in black, jagged ink. Rowan’s knees buckled. His bronze armor began to crack. ***"The Hero was forgotten,"*** the Author continued. Rowan’s face began to blur. His eyes lost their bronze fire. He looked at me, his hand reaching out, but his fingers were turning into mist. "No!" I lunged at the Author, but an invisible wall of "Plot" held me back.

The Demon Lord proclaimed and laughed. The hero was shaken by Demon Lord Von's words, "I already know that. That's why if I die a new hero will be born again, and that time. You'll surely be defeated!" The hero said because he does know that he's the 4th hero sent to kill the Demon Lord. "I look forward to your death," Von replied enthusiastically. The hero charges yet again towards Demon Lord Von. They exchanged blows but this time, each of the hero's hits is much stronger than before. Even the demon lord was not expecting it. But because of this, he gets more exhausted faster.

I whisper before I crush it underfoot, watching with satisfaction as blood sprays out of the stump where his heart should be. When I lift my foot, the remains of my kill lie scattered on the ground beside me. I stand and turn around to the battle ground. Blood drips steadily from my cuts and bruises. The smell of death wafts heavily in the air, mingled with the scent of fresh blood and burnt meat. I wipe the blood dripping down my cheeks from my nose and look at my warriors, some of them are dead but.. I killed the Alpha King. "We won" I hear Hera's voice beside me, "We won!" This time it is louder.

He had no idea how he even died. Shocked, he looked at his grey screen blankly. “How did she make such a perfect move? Why was she like a freaking ghost?” Suddenly, the players who stood around became silent. The entire internet cafe had gone quiet. Everyone began to feel respect for Xyla. Xyla calmly clicked on her mouse and stepped over his dead hero’s body before returning to the soldiers around her own. After Amigo’s hero was revived, he approached Xyla once more. However, his hero was killed by Xyla within a few hits.

I placed my paw above her heart and nodded my head. " Good boy! Promising so soon." She kisses me and pats me, even more, to show that I'm a good boy then a gong rings throughout the Arena signaling that the next fight is about to begin. " Are you excited as well? I heard that a new hero is going to fight today, he seems very famous for a new rookie." She asked trying to get me excited about the upcoming battle. I gave a low grunt before rubbing my head against her legs and chuffing.

Once the last person left, she took a deep breath and walked straight into the empty meeting hall. There, sitting at the head of the massive oak table, was her brother, Alpha Killian. He looked completely surprised to see her, his gaze dropping to the faint red mark on her face before meeting her eyes. Killian stood up slowly from his leather chair, raising an eyebrow in a mix of confusion and immediate concern. Seeing the one person who always protected her, all of Seraphine's remaining walls crumbled. She rushed across the room and buried herself tightly in his arms, clinging to his shirt as if he were her only lifeline.

She had already collapsed on the floor in a puddle of her own piss, trembling so hard she couldn't form words. "You son of a bitch!" the man roared. He broke free from the people holding him back, charging at Gabriel and kicking him square in the face. The blow was brutal. Gabriel's nose broke instantly, blood spraying everywhere. "Kill him! Kill these monsters!" The other family members realized what was happening and surged forward in a frenzy. Screams filled the air.

I took her to bed and buried myself in her until dawn. It should have cleansed me. It didn’t. No matter how many times I drove into her, no matter how she clawed at my back and begged for more, it didn’t erase the image of indigo eyes staring into the camera as if he could see me through it. The rogue gasped for breath, his hands flying to his throat, but it was too late. He collapsed in a lifeless heap at his Alpha's feet.

My father was a hero cop, but I was a blemish to his shining resume as I was a delinquent who smoked, drank, and got into fights.
