One was desperate for freedom and the other terrified of the unknown. A single howl pierced the night and Lucas’ eyes immediately jumped to the source, narrowing slightly when he saw the familiar golden form of Hecate standing in front of the she wolves. He hadn’t even noticed Chloe shift, despite the fact he could hardly keep his eyes off of her, and his first instinct was to reach out and make sure that she was okay. He refrained though. It had Ares bristling and his own skin crawling but something was telling him to trust Chloe to see them through.

Fire was blazing in her hands and she put all the bodies on fire. She then walked towards the general. Now there were no other soldiers alive to protect him. Just then screams of people filled her ears. Shama walked towards the voice. She saw all the people screaming with fear. The whole Kingdome was being attacked by beasts. Her whole Kingdome was getting ruined. Shama looked towards the general but he wasn’t there. Just then her eyes walked towards the sky. Even the sky wasn’t peaceful. There was fight between beasts. The general was sitting on one of the beasts which were throwing fire at the whole Kingdome. Everyone was shouting for help. The general had a proud smile as if he won.

He is standing with his back turned against me, his eyes trained on the other person. I focus on him instead. He looks stunned, his eyes widened, and his lips parted. “That is impossible,” he mutters, shaking his head. “That veil hasn’t been breached in years. Who could have…” “Only one breed,” he drawls. “Hunters.” “Shit!” I didn’t think they were going to figure it out so fast. My breath hitches in my throat when he angles his head a fraction, when everything suddenly stops, as if he can sense me.

We heard from your uncle that he is dead and since then we have been watching you.” he explained

Herald said and smiled devilishly "I thought we were friends,I trusted you herald,I fucking trusted you ass hole!!" Drey yelled and his eyes took a shade of yellow "I guess you were just stupid enough to trust me" Herald said smirking "Attack!!" He ordered as the hunters charged at Drey "I hope I can buy you enough time little bro" Drey muttered and launched at the charging hunters He slashed,ripped, bit,kicked and punched the hunters when suddenly something hard and strong hit his chest and he fell to the ground

He said mockingly. “And who are you?” Grayson demanded, his voice cold. Jerry's smile widened. “Jerry. The leader of the hunters, brother.” “Brother?” Beta Luke whispered, glancing at Grayson in confusion. Jerry didn’t give Grayson a chance to respond. He lunged, and the fight began. The hunters attacked from all sides with brutality, their movements coordinated and precise. Declan and Patrick, though caught off guard, did not falter. Declan’s blade flashed in the dim light as he took down one assailant after another, his strength and skill evident in every swing.

Come closer, and you’ll suffocate in your own arrogance. Elder Mauritius tried to rally himself, his hand fumbling for a weapon, but his strength was failing. The Headmaster's gaze flicked towards him, predatory and calculating. Suddenly, the chamber door burst open, and a group of Hunters stormed in, their crossbows aimed and ready. They wore the insignia of the Headmaster’s faction, their faces obscured by gas masks. "Eliminate them," the Headmaster commanded, his tone icy and absolute. The Hunters opened fire. I had missed him more than I could say. "But why are you here?" I asked. James hesitated, then finally spoke. "I need your help, Liam. It's important. And it's dangerous." I raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What kind of help?" James took a deep breath. "There's a group of humans. They call themselves the Hunters. They're after us, Liam. They're after our kind." I felt a chill run down my spine. The Hunters were a group of humans who hunted and killed werewolves. They were ruthless and relentless, and they had already taken out several packs in the area.

Nicole shot him a glance and replied, "The Holder family is well-known among the Hunters." Lloyd was taken aback. "You're... a Hunter?" 'The Hunters, were something of a guild for hackers!' he thought. 'Only professionals could crack the URL to enter the website and create an account! Nicole's a Hunter?' "I'm Lucifer." Nicole swirled her glass of wine, her eyes wild. Lloyd suddenly trembled as his eyes began darting. "You're... Lucifer?!"

My guards had spotted them and one pointed them out to me. “Hunters,” Ellemea stated. “Be cautious.” Hunters were similar to my vampire guards. They were werewolves employed by the Alpha, sworn to protect the werewolf territory from external aggression. They basically shot anyone on sight if they weren’t one of their own, vampires being their main target. Since vampires were a wolf’s natural enemy, they always carried with them a white oak dagger- at least from what I remember. That was all the more reason why we needed to be careful.
