I can feel moisture in the air itself, waiting, ready to obey. I extend my hand over the flowers, focusing on the pull inside me. A second passes, and then another, before the sky above responds. Rain falls, not in delicate drops, but in a sudden downpour, drenching the flowers and the ground beneath my feet. I watch in stunned silence as the rain cascades down, soaking everything in its path.

Molly I've been walking for a while without any success in recognizing my soundings when the heavens open up and rain pours down on me. I dont think I've ever seen rain this bad before. Tired of standing, I get down to a squatting position, resting my water dripping head on my knee. I should have just stayed back, what was I thinking? Was I even thinking? Even the sky seems mad at me today. The sound of the rain beating against the ground is like a lullaby, helping me forget the fact that am still half exposed to the rain. Cold. It's so cold. The beating stops. It's like it stop raining, but I can still hear the noise it is making. Does the heavens finally have mercy on me? Or maybe it's just brewing another storm... but..

I wanna see him! It was raining, to put it simply. The clouds were gray as they showered the city beneath them in a gentle rain. The day was a gloomy one, but the weather had nothing to do with it. It could be sunny, but the mood wouldn't have changed…at least for one family. For them the rainy day was like a godsend, the rain washing away the tears that stained a young seven-year-old's face as she tried in vain to wipe them away with the back of her rain soaked hand. Her other tiny hand was clutching that of a woman's. Both had dark brown hair and kind eyes, the child's being green and the mother's a dark amber.

She couldn't shake the feeling that he might still be lurking in the shadows, waiting for her to let her guard down. As the drizzle turned into a steady rain, soaking Ora's clothes and sending shivers down her spine, she couldn't help but feel the weight of her emotions pressing down on her. With each droplet that landed on her face and slid down her body, she felt the sting of her pain intensify. Closing her eyes against the downpour, Ora let the rain wash over her, hoping in some small way it might cleanse the turmoil raging inside her. But instead of finding solace in the cold water, she only felt the ache in her heart grow stronger.

Dammit Lana stop caring about what he does. After scrubbing and washing my body I rinse off and step out of the shower, feeling somewhat better. I dry myself, moisturise then slip into a comfortable t-shirt, hoodie and a pair of leggings. I hear the raindrops hitting against my window and the soothing sound of rain falling invades my ears. There's nothing more therapeutic than a rainy day. It's even better when you're serenaded to sleep by the sound of it.

Soaked. We are all soaked as we follow Zayn deeper into the forest; he’s leading us to where he saw the orb in his vision. The rain is pouring heavily and there are now flashes of lightning in the sky. The winds are cold and unforgiving and the ground is all mushy and wet. We have now passed the oak tree that I used to hide under. No one seems to be talking, we all just walk in silence until Zayn suddenly stops. “Here!” He says.

Walking through the wet grass which was coated in droplets of dew. A shawl covered her frame and a smile adored her lips. Her hazel orbs were fixed at the envelope of dark clouds hovering over her. Mild winds cutting through the air. When suddenly heavy water droplets start falling. And she looks around to find everyone rushing towards a shade. Except for her. Tilting up her head. Feeling the rain drops kissing her skin. She smiles instead. Extending her hands she opens them to feel the winds. The slight scent of mud mixed with rainwater not less than those expensive perfumes.

The way through the woods was damp as it rained for the last few days. As she walked about halfway, it slowly started to rain. She stood under a tree casting a shield from falling water drops. The raindrops were dripping through the canopy and slowly slipping above the shield into the land. The recent developments in the country and the sudden war seemed odd to her. The rain was getting stronger.
