Forbidden romance

NOTE BEFORE YOU READ….. Note before you read… The next few chapters are written in the Carolingian Renaissance and the Vikings era but don't stick to the fact. You will find a few things that have been added to fit into the story. So if you find anything strange or unusual, then remember the next few chapters are based on historical fantasy fiction books. Do add or check the other book of the author. Revenge on the Mafia lord. .. .. .. YEAR 956 AD. It was a loud night, one where the sounds of crickets chirping could not be heard and the clouds smothered the moon and stars.

By Order of the King

By Order of the King

Welcome, everyone, to my new story. I am so happy you decided to join me on this journey. I hope you enjoy it. I want to share some info about the story. 1/ Story is set in the real world of medieval Scotland in 1309 a.c. I am referring to historical settings that existed and maybe still exist. 2/ All my characters are creations of my imagination—even the king. I can't take an actual historical figure and make him into the king that my story needs.

A Little Bit of Joy

A Little Bit of Joy

He would have, right? I shook my head again and concentrated on the book placed on my lap. It was one of the British, historical romance fictions set during the World War Two. I had randomly picked it up at the bookstore and somehow felt myself drawn towards it. Sappy novel with mopey dialogues and dragged out bits, it still provided me with much needed solace.

Her Moon, His Song

Her Moon, His Song

This is going to be nice, I just know it. I spend hours cooking, snacking, reading, and it feels like a dream. My fae romance novel takes me to a land that doesn’t resemble my life and I’m so happy to lose myself in it. I’m reading along happily when I come across a word that strikes me dead. Mates. Great. Just what I was trying to forget about. I put it down and pull out the other book I brought, a historical fiction novel. No mates here, no way. Dinnertime creeps around and I spend a while making a nice risotto with a side salad and garlic bread. It’s so good it borders on s*x.

The Stranger In My House

The Stranger In My House

I say. I hope so. I really hope he’s right. I look at the clock on the wall and it says 1:48PM. I open my laptop and I start to read. The book I have to read is actually a historical book based on arts and crafts in the 18th century. It’s not a romance novel, so forgive me if I’m not very excited to read it. I could read 600 pages of a romance or horror novel, but my reading assignments are just not inviting enough.

The Luna Queen's Revenge

The Luna Queen's Revenge

"I borrowed it from the library. It's amazing how good that book is. The writer is crazy. I've been exploring different genres lately, though." I nodded, sensing a shared interest emerging. "I love exploring new genres. It's like entering different worlds without leaving the comfort of your room. But I’m going to stick with my sci-fi.” I said, it sounded like a joke and Brenda laughed about it. “Have you ever tried reading historical fiction? Echoes of Time is one of my favourites." Excitement danced in my eyes. “Yes, I've read that one too. The way it weaves history and fiction together is pretty good. Do you enjoy the historical aspects as much as the story

His Royal Luna (Alpha King's Royal Luna)

His Royal Luna (Alpha King's Royal Luna)

The Alpha has it. The first book had left its readers including me in a cliffhanger. I had always wanted to know what happened next on the journey of the main character. Actually it was not really about the world’s history, but it is just about the character travelling to different places in different times, discovering treasures, witnessing wars, anything that happened significantly on the year he had travelled on. And though it is a fictional story, it still has a touch of true world history in it, depending on where the character went and what time.

The storyline is good, but the grammar is problematic. I hope the author can double check and edit each chapter before publishing it. It's a paid per read book, so it should worth the coins. Readers paid for every chapter and it's not cheap every chapter, so I guess it right to demand better quality

Nice story so far. But the part of fl being royal princess is not yet incorporated in it, yet the story is labelled as complete. Yet u can read as a whole till marked part as u can consider it as completion of a phase of their story.

How Do I Seduce My Married Bodyguard?

How Do I Seduce My Married Bodyguard?

Ryden’s was good, though. Even I could tell, despite the sneering he got from others. Ryden wrote historical fiction, something I’d never read but that drew me in every time I heard it. Of course, it could have just been Ryden’s voice reading it, but I tried not to think about that.

Historian[edit] See also: List of historians A historian is a person who studies and writes about the past and is regarded as an authority on it.[19] The purpose of a historian is to employ historical analysis to create coherent narratives that explain "what happened" and "why or how it happened". Professional historians typically work in colleges and universities, archival centers, government agencies, museums, and as freelance writers and consultants.[20] Edward Gibbon's six-volume History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire influenced the development of historiography. Bonds By Blades

"I've always loved libraries. I just didn't have time to enjoy them." Mira laughed softly. "You have time now." "I do." He sat across from her, studying the books spread across the table. "What are you reading?" "History. The true history. Not the versions that were taught before the war." Kael nodded slowly. "How does it compare?" "It's different. More complicated. The old stories made everything sound simple. Good versus evil. Heroes versus villains." She paused. "But the truth is messier. People made choices. Good people made terrible mistakes. Bad people sometimes tried to change."
