The name of a certain novel came inside of her mind— The Lady's Possessive Prince— and thinking about it, she found it funny how she had to dream about the novel now. The novel was quite popular amongst her workmates, and the reason she took interest in it was because of how the female lead had the same name to her— 'Seraphine'. Reading it, Seraphine got to learn how it took place in the western historical setting, and the era wasn't quite clear to her. The story centered around the female lead, 'Seraphine'. Like all the female lead, 'Seraphine' was kind and well-liked by most around her, and throughout the story, she gained love of more people.

Lance was already planning on the things he wants to do at the mall. One afternoon, Charm asked me to go around with her before going home. She looked so sad and distracted. We went to the Square and checked out the new stores and ate pizza. She told me she broke up with Franco. They had a misunderstanding and she's not really very patient. I was upset. I really liked Franco. He seemed so dependable, kind, and smart. "I think I got bored. I was looking again for excitement. Our relationship just went through that comfortable phase." But when she looked into his eyes, they were dancing again. She smiled shyly. “I started writing a novel. And…I drew out the character after you.” He raised a brow. “Really? What type of novel?” She shrugged. “Historical romance. You were a rogue knight. For sure you were a rakehell.” She giggled. He asked. “Was there a red-haired damsel in distress?” She stared back at him. His eyes were sparkling. She nodded shyly. “And how did that turn out?” he asked.

It's either history, military, or supernatural romances. I've never understood why so many people preferred such kinds of novels and genres all that much. Though, I meant that for the latter part. They're basically the same every single time. An average lady meets one sexy, handsome, extraordinary man, or two hot males battle over her, and there's usually some ridiculous drama that brings her further and deeper together with the men, and then she has to choose the obvious decision. Everyone had predicted her decision since the very beginning of the chapter. "And they're usually sequels or fantasy epics," I mumbled to myself.

“You are not rude, you are a godsend.” Adriana cleared her throat at the glint she saw in his eyes and quickly looked away, letting her gaze wander around the room. “What genre are these?” She asked him and he also stared around. “Educational, historical, gothic, and also…” He leaned in. “Romance.” Her eyes lit up and Marcus chuckled again. “Go on, check it out.” Adriana hesitated a little and raised her brows. “Can I?” Marcus’ nod was all she needed and she ran around the place going from one shelf to the other checking out the names on the covers and her lips lifted when she came to a section and saw the covers.

“What do you want me to say, Aela?” “That Finn is Aidan Sr.’s by-blow?” “By-blow?” Inessa repeated, her brow puckering. “His illegitimate child,” Aoife answered. “I need to get you hooked on historical romance next.” Despite myself, interest hit me. “You like romance books?” “Yes. We do,” was Inessa’s retort, but I sensed her bristling ahead of schedule. I raised my hands in surrender, because even though I wanted answers, I wasn’t a total bitch. Even if romance books hadn’t been my jam, I’d never give them crap about that. Someone’s taste was their taste, and I celebrated that.
