- HAZEL - I shouldn't be thinking of doing this. I'm used to getting drunk but not high. I've never smoked weed before nor sniffed or swallowed coke or crack. I've always had the fear of damaging my lungs. Maybe I should look for someone who snuck vodka or alcohol instead of drugs.

She seemed to be deeply enticed by the cigarettes. “Oh god, this is so embarrassing! I should’ve told that country bumpkin of a cousin to put them away! What impression would we leave on her once she finds out that we smoke fake cigarettes?” whispered several of the boys among themselves.

He always carried a bottle and was strangely protective over it. Alice took a couple of sips of the cola while Adam lit up a cigarette. “Sorry… I have to have one after… you know—” Adam began “Busting a nut?” Alice finished for him. Adam smiled again. “Do you think it’s gross?” Adam asked. He frowned before adding, “Smoking, I mean?” Alice thought about it. She didn’t like the smell or the taste, but she wouldn’t go as far as to call it gross, and certainly wouldn’t want to offend him. She shook her head. “Na, I don’t mind it.”

He rested his back comfortably against the chair, crossed his legs with an air of sophistication, and gently flipped his long hair to the back in his usual style. He reached for his pocket, brought out a large wrap of weed stick, and a lighter. Igniting the weed, he started to smoke, puffing the smoke directly into my face; I nearly choked. He seemed to unlock new characteristics every moment. I remember Liam doesn't drink; how could he be the one puffing this robust wrap of weed?

he asks, once again urging her outside. “Since when do you smoke?” He laughs. “Since I met you.” “Ha ha, so funny. I’ve never seen you smoke before, even after meeting me.” “It’s not something I do regularly, it’s similar to when people drink to drown their sorrows. I smoke to choke my anxiety, same shit different pile.” “Does Noel know you smoke?” Harken shakes his head. “That, and everything else I’m about to tell you, you’re going to keep to your damn self, understand? None of this reaches Noel’s ears, or I’m denying everything and putting the blame on you.”

“I think I know what my daughter sounds like if she calls me on the phone.” Hayden resisted the urge to take a luscious drag out his cigarette, which was situated deep into his pockets. He had been really trying to control his smoking habits, but now that he was back in the game, his boys had been providing him with weed laced cigarettes. It was crazy… and also incredibly irresistible.

"Holy fuck," I said, coughing out the burn in my throat. Gabe laughed as he took a chug from his bottle of beer. He then proceeds to grab my arm. "Have I told you that I love you?"

When I dragged in some smoke,I choked immediately. This was too strong and it didn’t smell like tobacco.I began coughing violently,he held me,stroking my back gently in an attempt to calm me down.“You don’t drag in marijuana the same way you drag in tobacco.” He said.“I...(coughs)... I can’t...” I said,coughing again.“C’mon,repeat it. This time,drag it in slowly.”I held the hose. He is such a bad influence.
