Curiously I opened the book; the first page I saw, it had handwritten writing which looked very old and the pages were almost yellowish, it said “The sun will turn into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and dreadful day of the Lord’s arrival. I also found a book in the library.” “What book?” “Midnight Howls by Orin Darkhowl.” I replied. “Let me guess, you need me to get the book out of the library for you. So that you can read it each time you come to my room.”

“What happens to the books at the other apartment?” “Thorne will make sure they go back to the library.” She looked up. “Library? They have those books at the library?” “No.” Noah stubbed out the cigarette and came back inside. He pulled out his phone and sat opposite her. “The Horde has a library.” “Of course, they do.” Serenity’s gaze shifted back to the book, and she started to read again, silence falling between her and the demon opposite.
