A Billionaire's Regret

A Billionaire's Regret

“You would love this tropical mix. I was standing alone, since I came here with no one and from a distance I saw you were standing alone. I specially got it for you, so you have to drink it pretty please.” When the words were stringed like that, Sara’s conscience couldn’t bid her to say no, and gulping the contents of the remaining orange juice, she threw the plastic cup away and accepted Tessa’s drink. Staring down, the liquid looked like an apple juice if she was correct and it smelt like one too. She took a taste, and it was sweet, but it burned a bit at the back of her throat. Apart from that the drink was clear, and feeling a little bit lightheaded Sara let out a small giggle.

The Kind Villain: A Legend of Woof-Woof

The Kind Villain: A Legend of Woof-Woof

"The moon invited the silver wolves? That's perfect! I'll take you to your table." On the table, a mini-fountain of fruit drink is flowing and we pick our own glasses to scoop. Sherizzah mixed a piece of tablet in my drink and I haven't tasted it yet when the extreme spice of the water's scent itched my throat. "It's a special mint to make strong drinks. That might itch your throat and leave you hoarse later," she informed, and then whispered, "But just pretend that your throat hurts throughout the celebration." "What? Why—?"

SAVAGE PASSION

SAVAGE PASSION

“Yeah, he’d love that.” Rihanna smiled, chewing a French fry and picking up her shake to swallow it down. “Would you like to go to Tahiti with me?” He’d just stuffed a big bite of rare boar meat into his mouth, so all he could do was nod and hit the table, trying to chew fast. She laughed as he spoke through half a mouthful, “Fuck yeah! When?”

Not Strangers

Not Strangers

Kekeh Nakita then asked the bartender for a small glass. Nakita poured this high alcohol drink into the glass she requested earlier. "For you." Nakita handed the small glass to Aiora. Without tasting it Aiora immediately drank the drink until it was gone. Aiora closed her eyes feeling the drink burn her throat. Without Aiora noticing, Nakita grinned slyly when she saw Aiora's drink just go away. Aiora stared at Nakita sharply as her body felt hot. "Oopsss turns out the stimulant is fast into action." Nakita looked at Aiora sly.

The Arrogant CEO's Property

The Arrogant CEO's Property

"May I offer you some drinks to start?" "I'll have a tropical fruit punch," Lottie replied, her eyes scanning the menu. "And for you, Eliana?" "I'll have a piña colada, please," I responded, eager to immerse myself in the tropical flavours of the island. The waiter jotted down our orders and left us to go over the menu. In a minute, our drinks arrived, adorned with vibrant paper umbrellas and slices of fresh fruit. The cup of piña colada flooded my taste buds with its creamy blend of pineapple and coconut, transporting me to a paradise of flavours.

Sold To The Cruel Vampire King

Sold To The Cruel Vampire King

"I didn't say I couldn't get drunk. What I said is I can't get drunk on normal alcohol." He then proceeded to tell me about tronics. It was a man-made chemical that could make a vampire feel drunk. Dessert chose that moment to arrive, and I dug into my haupia. It had been recommended by our server for the night and since I had read about it on the internet I figured it wouldn't be bad to try it out. It was basically a pie shell filled with equal layers of dark chocolate custard, creamy coconut and a whipped topping. I bit into it and couldn't stop the moan that escaped my lips as the flavors filled my senses.

Accidentally Contracted To The Billionaire CEO

Accidentally Contracted To The Billionaire CEO

Mom, bless her heart, was unaware of this particular part of the celebration, also the fact that her goody two shoes daughter was pounding down the drinks like there was no tomorrow. “Hey, bartender, what's that drink called again? You know, the one with the little umbrella?” I slurred my words, barely holding it together. The bartender, a patient-looking woman in her forties, smiled kindly at me. “You mean Mai Tai, hon?” “That’s the one,” I said, giving her a thumbs-up. “I'll have another one of those,” I was having the time of my life. Ariana Grande’s 'Thank U, Next' blasted through the speakers, my head swaying from side to side, nodding to the beat.

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis

I Slapped My Fiancé—Then Married His Billionaire Nemesis

No sex. ‘That’s sad.’ She bundled me into a taxi and gave an address to the driver. ‘It’s a new bar, owned by a friend of mine. Just two blocks away. He asked me to come do a tasting and give feedback. Drinks are free.’ At her suggestion, I ordered a drink called Peat & Zest, a smoky whisky with a twist of lime and something else I couldn’t quite make out. I took a sip. ‘It’s nice.’ Yvaine, on her third Hugo Spritz in under twenty minutes, was already buzzed. Her eyes sparkled with sugar high and alcohol, mixed with a constant stream of gossip.

As up to now the book would be 3 Stars. It is declining severely. Dragging with baby stories that don’t add up to the story just for adding characters and taking our money. Definitely stopping. Huge dissapointnent. Good until chapter 380

This author is one of the best writers I have ever read! I love her discripted writings. She has captured the scenes' and characters' feelings with flair and accuracy. I hope to read other books by this author.
