Some I know from my own pack, but most I'm not 100% familiar with. Mine and Nadia's group are staying in the Crimson Wing, which is all burgundy and red color themed., which becomes obviously apparent as we walk into the main area of the wing. All dark wood, black walls with wine-coloured accents, couches and an all-black kitchen including a black granite counter-top. As Nadia and I walk in, I notice 6 other wolves sitting around the main living area, mingling, and chatting until eyes are laid on me and it goes quiet. I get bows and nods of acknowledgement and respect

He says way too quickly and is doing a very good job covering up the lie. “Doesn’t look like nothing to me. It looks like you are planning something and keeping secrets.” Crimson rolls his eyes and groans. “Can’t you just go away and forget you saw anything?” He’s only half being serious. “Too late. Can’t. Sorry.” Crimson dismisses Tristan and the other were-cat. He then lets out an exaggerated sigh, “Fine,” He says. “I wanted it to be a surprise, I’m having the Royal suite redone. It will be our room. Because honestly, and I know you hate it too, your room is just so damn …”

As we parked the car, a tall, muscular man with jet-black hair emerged, followed closely by a slender woman hurrying after him. Xena and I got out and strolled to them halfway. However, when we caught sight of the woman, we stopped in our tracks immediately.

When we were done, I did the dishes and followed them out of the house to their Ford that was parked outside. “What of Loki?” I asked Mrs. Smith. I’ve already dished out her food, she knows where to find it when she’s hungry. I nodded and we got into the car. The ride to the pack house was silent but the silence was comfortable. Crimson Moon Pack had a lot of green land. It was also very wide and large, larger than my former pack. I could see other houses, there was even a basketball court that stood on its own. I was so absorbed in every infrastructure that I didn’t even notice when we got to the pack house. “We’re here, Cassie,” Gerald announced, snapping me out of my trance.

She barely took in our faces beaded with sweat before leading her men inside with strong magic whipping about them. “Let’s go.” Thabiti followed behind them a minute later. The mansion was huge, with rooms numbering up to forty and signs that people stayed here even till some hours or minutes ago, but other than the usual household items, beds, furniture and the likes, we saw nothing out of the ordinary. “Down here!” A voice called with magic, resounding through the whole mansion.

He muttered and just sighed. ■■■ "After hours of burning our arses inside our car seats, we are finally here." He announced while standing from outside of the house. The house has two balconies at the front passed the door and the two big windows and at the second floor, over all built out of woods. It was painted in grey and royal blue color. There's a hammock placed at the front yard above all the green bermuda grass and there's a barn at the backyard Carl and Amy's face wear a wide smile, looking all happy to what they are looking at.

I faltered at the door to Rana's small cabin and brushed off invisible lint from the pale blue dress that Rana had lent me for tonight. "Rana, are you sure about this?" I asked, trying to keep the nerves from edging my voice.

“But this is your pack, you killed the alpha?” Cassidy would be okay. So would the Crimson Moon pack. “Take care of it for me.” Pointedly I tell her. In the background, the pack mansion buckled and crashed in on itself. Making us all watch the rest of the house be eaten by the flames. I couldn’t help but think how nice it was that Crane had built his beta an extremely large house that would serve just beautifully as the new pack house.
