How Does It Feel Book Review Novels & Stories

I lay there, my chest rising and falling, as the aftershocks subsided, the book still forgotten on my chest. I picked it up again, my fingers tracing the stylish words as I caught my breath. I couldn't believe what had just happened, but I couldn't deny the feeling of satisfaction that took over my entire body. I had never felt so turned on from reading a novel before, but then again, I'd never read a novel like this before. A small smile of enchantment touched my lips, my fingers still tracing the words as I settled back into the story. Maybe there was something to be said for erotic novels after all.

Why am I doing this? My hand seemed to have a mind of its own and plucked the mysterious book out from the rest of the other books. It felt warm and tingly on my hands, it was almost as if it was vibrating. I looked at it bewildered, total, and in utter confusion, as I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I dropped the book in fear, and there was a moment where time stood still for a second as I watched the book fall slowly in front of me, the tip of it almost touching the floor, I watch in awe as it sucked me in and everything around me towards it.

A shock of energy was felt within my body and I brought my hand up, towards the book. And then, I felt like the air around my hands was becoming thick and as if I could feel and touch the energy waves around me, that are naked to our eye. I opened my eyes and afterwards, as if everything went to slow motion. The book started vibrating at it's spot and softly slipped out of its place. It felt as if the book was a south pole of the magnet while my hand a north pole, attracting the book near to it. The book flowed slowly into the air, until landing neatly in my hands.

It shimmered faintly, even though the light in the library was dim. I reached for the book slowly. My hands were shaking a little, and my heart was beating so loud I could hear it in my ears. When I touched the book, I pulled back for a second—it felt cold. Not just cold like it had been sitting in the shadows, but cold like ice, like it didn’t belong here. Still, I picked it up. It was heavier than I expected. And the second I held it close to my chest, something in me shifted. Like my body recognized it before my mind did. I brushed my fingers over the silver moon, and for a moment, I felt like I couldn’t breathe.

I knew one thing for sure as I picked up the book, while carefully keeping my hand away from the page, if I touched another page I may not survive it. I was already regretting my actions, but as I picked up the book my eyes opened wide. I didn’t get any seizures from touching the book itself, but the page I understood came to mind. I sat back on my chair with the book in my hand. There was something here. Firstly, I did some tests. I dropped the book, and the feeling went. I picked it up again and it came again. I closed the book and the feeling of the page itself went away.

It contained only one sentence: “When the final page is turned, the knowledge will leave the page and enter the reader. There is no turning back.” My hands shook. I stared at the last page blank except for a single sigil in the center, glowing faintly in the candlelight. It wasn’t ink. It was light. Living light. I took a breath and exhale.Then I turned the page. The moment my finger touched the corner, the book screamed with sensation. A surge of energy broke through me, white-hot and blinding. It poured into my eyes, my mouth, my bones. I felt my memories unravel and reweave, my thoughts multiply, my very breath split into a thousand threads.

I slowly took steps to grab the clothes, when my hands grasp around his, causing me to feel this tingling sensation around my abdomen, I immediately refrain and apologize to him, leaving his presence. Writer Andrew stood there, unfazed by what happened. He couldn't also deny that he felt something after Maxwell's hands had grasped his. His hands were still in the same position, stretched staring at nothing but trying to contain the number of emotions he felt right now. On the other hand, Maxwell kicked himself up into the room where Andrew had shown him earlier to change. He couldn't breathe normally as his breathing hitched. He held his chest as he wondered why it was beating faster than us

I have read about these things from romance novels and now I’m experiencing them which feels better than the way the book describe it and this only made me feel a wave of shame because of how my body keeps reacting to Alpha Aiden. I am not sure of what is exactly wrong with me but something is definitely up.

I could not help but feel giddy hoping I would find a solution to my admiration for boys. I thanked him continuously before leaving as I scrolled through the book on my way to the class. Either it is admiration or not, I will surely find the answers to my doubting mind. *********
