HER PERFECT RUIN, HIS PERFECT REDEMPTION

HER PERFECT RUIN, HIS PERFECT REDEMPTION

I only buried my face into his chest, inhaling his scent and hoping it would bring me comfort. "Now, you are scared." He snorted and my head shot up. "I am not scared!" I huffed. He snickered. "You are an asshole," I told him, my eyes wandering around. They widened, nearly spilling out of their sockets when an intimidatingly tall Victorian castle came into view, flat-out looking like an image from a Gothic story with the thin branches that were wrapped around it as though they stemmed from its old Grey walls. The air around here felt colder and ominous. The unsettling atmosphere that hung around here had me furrowing my brows, but despite how it seemed to have an unnerving darkness oozing of

Friendship's Last Bite

Friendship's Last Bite

Ba-dump. As I crossed the worn threshold into the family room, I stumbled over some overturned furniture, the chaotic scene creating a sense of disarray that mirrored my own growing anxiety. Fragments of porcelain lay strewn across the grey carpet, leading ominously to what had once been Adam's grandmother's urn. Ashes were smeared along the pathway, gradually fading into footprints that ventured deeper into the narrow hallway. I swallowed hard, my hand instinctively wiping down my pants as I noticed the oppressive heat wrapping around me like a heavy blanket. Bat held high, I followed the trail of prints, every step drawing me closer to an impending dread, like a character in a horror movie

Sociopath in Love

Sociopath in Love

“Maybe it was my imagination?” She stopped when she reached the base of the miniature staircase. Her attention was captured by the ornate design carved into the thin pillars supporting the porch roof and the worn railings. The cottage not only appeared from the outside in a gothic-beautiful light, but also the small details certainly delighted Leah: she always breathed unevenly towards everything gloomy, with a tangible touch of mysticism. Hundreds of horror films watched, bony and bloody paraphernalia and complete indifference to death clearly emphasized her preferences. And they forced the mother over and over again to lament the thought of where she had stumbled in raising her daughter.

Seducing My Ex's Father In Law

Seducing My Ex's Father In Law(Submitting to My Mate's Father-in-Law)

Gavin was looking at me with a concerned look on his face. “Are you okay?” He asked me, keeping his voice low and soothing. I swallowed. “Yes, sorry,” I said, glanced at the portrait one last time, the light blue eyes of the baby staring back at me, like a warning. Pulling my eyes away from the picture, we followed him down a corridor to a pair of doors carved with roses and vines devouring one another. The entire manor gave me an eerie feeling. My heart thudded against my chest, a nervousness clouding me despite Gavin’s presence beside me.

do you have more to this story I paid a lot. with some issues. The chapters kept getting shorter. And there are a lot of misprints and mistakes in this book. Then towards the end, there was a bunch of unanswered questions. Theblast chapter was rushed to finish.

The Wedding Night Curse

The Wedding Night Curse

Past where the manor should have ended. But it didn’t. The stairwell continued. I counted the steps. Sixty-two. Seventy. Ninety-eight. And then— The passage opened into a long, candlelit corridor. My breath caught. The wallpaper was crimson velvet, stitched with golden threads. There were no windows, yet everything shimmered as if moonlight poured in from above. I walked slowly, heart pounding with each step. At the end of the hallway stood a black door, carved with the image of a woman in a veil, surrounded by wolves. Her eyes were hollow.

Marrying My Ex-Fiancé's Cousin

Marrying My Ex-Fiancé's Cousin(The Untouchable Heir)

With a long creak, the door slowly opened a crack, revealing complete darkness inside. Isolde turned her gaze back to the screen, but she soon realized she could not immerse herself as she had before. The space beside her felt empty. Without that strong presence next to her, even the air seemed colder. On the screen, the door opened completely. The protagonist raised a flashlight. Its trembling beam cut into the darkness. Suddenly, a pale, twisted ghost face with long hair covering it lunged out from behind the door without warning, nearly pressing against the camera. The terror filled the viewer's entire field of vision.

Claimed by the Forbidden Alpha: Wild Bond

Claimed by the Forbidden Alpha: Wild Bond

It was something ancient, something that pulsed in the earth and in the solitary howl that now broke the silence of the night outside, echoing through the hills and making Helena feel, for the first time in her life, that she wasn’t just hiding—she was being awaited. She walked toward the hallway that led to the rooms, feeling the men’s gazes on her back like hot coals. The atmosphere was charged with an electrifying tension, a promise of violence and desire that made the air thick and hard to breathe. When she opened the window of her room, which overlooked the vastness of the forest, Helena looked one last time into the darkness. The roar of the engine she had heard earlier was now closer,

Luna's vengeance: Tears of Luna

Luna's vengeance: Tears of Luna

Eve’s footsteps echoed from the cold marble walls as she walked through the gothic hallway of the old castle. The dark halls made her heart beat faster and faster, adrenalin pumping as she kept walking. The stillness was filling the atmosphere with cold. The loneliness of every single step became a true burden, and she was convinced that she was being watched; her gaze darting from one shadow to another, thrown by the flickering meagre candlelight that was cast against the walls, the patterns and patterns of light jumping in front of her eyes. The longer she stayed in this place, the more it began to feel less like the opulent residence it once was and more like a tomb to some long lost vict

Lyra's Journey

Lyra's Journey

[[[Describe the mansion and the atmosphere using sensory imagery to set the scene. The old wooden floorboards creaked under Lyra's feet as she took a step back from Arthur's grasp. Shadows flickered and danced across the walls in the candlelight, contorting into twisted shapes that seemed almost human. An oppressive chill seeped into her bones, as if the house itself were rejecting her presence. The musty air was tinged with a metallic scent that turned her stomach. "This place is evil," she breathed. Arthur's smile widened. "You have no idea."

Not Your Luna

Not Your Luna

Horror struck me like lightning, and I knew then that my worst fears had come true - my old pack and family had been brutally wiped out. “Hallie get back here now.” Hugh ordered me as he and Alpha Arnie chased after me, attempting to calm me down, but it was too late. I was already consumed by a need to uncover the truth. Ignoring their calls, I sprinted onward, disappearing into the maze of corridors within Moonstone Manor. Each corner I turned revealed more and more lifeless bodies, my heart breaking with every sight. The hallways felt suffocating, as though every step I took was leading me deeper into a twisted nightmare.
