The next day I wake a little bit hazy. I don't even know how I managed to sleep. My head it's trying to process this...this thing. Vampire. I'm a freaking vampire. This kind of stuff doesn't happen in real life. Is it possible that everything once held in books and spread around like legends are actually true? Looking at the mirror I see my eyes going from soft brown to deep blue. I need to control this. How do I control this? Am I going to become a blood-sucking monster? I get out of bed and head to class, even though I know I won't be able to concentrate.

The text described things in such vivid detail—the hierarchy of vampire covens, the venom in their fangs, the way their eyes glowed during feeding, their immortal thirst, and their deadly aversion to sunlight and silver.

I mumble. Viki lifts her book so I can see the title—The Vampire Prince’s Bride. “I heard that vampires like to bite when they fuck, making the female have a cosmic orgasm. I don't remember having a sacred book with me. Hold on. Could it be the book that I thought belonged to my mom? "It's the book you almost destroyed," he informed me. The first book that caught my attention is the originality of vampires. That piqued my interest and I settled down to read in. I read for a long time and I wasn't seeing anything tangible. I was about closing the book when my eyes sighed a sentence. Vampire's are affected by sunlight, drugs, silver and garlic.

I can learn about it later, but for the time being, I need to focus on learning about the things I must prioritize.
