I yelled. He was already moving. A silent inferno of white-gold fire surged from him, engulfing the creatures advancing on the city. It wasn't a wild blaze, but a contained, controlled storm of annihilation. Turning to face the threat at our backs, I followed his lead. A wave of violet fire roared from my hands, and I focused its full, devouring power on the sentinel until not even a wisp of it remained.

As I opened my eyes, I directed a force towards the fire torches and the fire from every fire torch, left and united as one huge ball of fire. Everyone moved away as it burned hot. Anyone who moved closer to it could burn in a second. Then I turned towards the zombie giant, and directed it towards the giant, certain that it would burn them down and they would disappear. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out. The giant roared, and stood strong as he dusted off the ball of fire on its chest. Then it rolled down to his large palm. “Now, it’s time you take back what you threw at me.” He voiced out, with his voice sounding thunderous and mighty.

Raisel screamed at the top of her voice nonstop. “There is a dragon in our camp!”, the giants cried with a loud voice, “Kill him”. The giants jumped and raised their hands to reach them, some swung clubs and swords at them. Dragomir skillfully dodged their weapons but he still flew low, careful not to get to the topmost surface which he was sure the giants had covered with a spell. Raisel was screaming nonstop but she couldn’t help it. One of the giants managed to grab his hind legs, he struggled against its hold and then he turned around and blew a breath of fire setting the giant aflame, he scampered about, spreading the fire before he fell to the ground in a thud rolling around.

I breathe my fire ahead of me, ready to take out every one of these elves. “Bring her down!” an elf says and I recognize thaevoice. King Eldarion. “Daichi! The harpoon is earthen made! See if you can destroy it!” I yell, blowing my fire over the ground. As I fly over the elves, I hear another ‘thunk’. I scream, twisting quickly and feeling the air of the harpoon as it scrapes the tip of my wing. I blow my fire on it before slicing my fire through the air and back down to the ground. I continue blowing my fire, but there are a LOT of elves and they are working together using their earth elements to protect each other.

While I was distracted, one of Kali's hybrids saw it as the perfect opportunity to attack me, but luckily for me, I had Mina on my side, “Freya, to your left, watch out!” I could hear his heavy footsteps, smell the fear on him, and hear his heart pounding as he charged at me. Another decided to follow in his footsteps and began screaming as he also charged at me. I could hear Kali chuckling excitedly as two of her boys came at me. I wanted nothing more than to turn around and launch my fireball right at her extremely attractive face. But, I knew it wouldn't kill her, knowing my luck it would just wound her a bit. I wasn't ready to fight her yet, but I was ready to knock her down a peg or two

“I’ll kill you here, and now, then there will be no one standing in our way.” I dragged myself up from the ground and held my hands out in front of me, letting a fireball form between them. It grew bigger and bigger the closer Selene got to me. My hands were forced further away from each other as the ball grew and the electricity began to flow through it. When I couldn’t control the force any longer, I howled into the air and pushed it towards Selene. She was too close to react quickly, and the fireball had a direct hit. It slammed right into her stomach, and she was thrown through the air. And I didn’t bother to wait for her to hit the ground before I moved. I raced towards her and managed

Ty asked. “I had dug a pit and he fell right inside it while rushing towards his prey and it was completely filled with things that you don’t want to hear about,” Kai said making everyone laugh. “So you want us to dig pits too ?” Ty asked with a raised eyebrow. “Since, you, Tyson and Victor are all well equipped to control fire, I think your trap should be based on that element and it would be preferential that these creatures die permanently in the flames of fire than to wake up again to horrify all of us,” Zoe answered.

As a fire-element Gifted, flames exploded across his entire body. Hayley calmly watched the fire roaring around him. Then, she lifted her cuffed hands. The next second, a blazing wave of fire burst from her palm like the sun itself. Gerard's flames were instantly swallowed by a stronger inferno. Boom! His body slammed into the wall behind him, charred black. He was barely breathing. The only reason he survived was that he himself was a level-5 fire-element Gifted. Otherwise, that single strike would have killed him outright.

His fire had burned it, but not destroyed it. The girl’s voice shook. “Kaia… it’s not enough.” The creature hissed again and lurched forward. I raised my branch, ready to swing, though my arms were weak. But before I could strike, Kieran’s body jolted. His eyes opened for a second, just a second. They glowed like fire itself. The flames exploded from him, stronger this time, wrapping around the creature in a storm. The hiss broke into a scream. The body writhed, cracked, and finally shattered into ash that fell across the stones.

He replied, rolling his eyes at me. ----- We didn't know what else could blow up in there so I suggested we lead it towards a trap that almost sawed us in half. Unfortunately, Kai wasn't too keen on listening to me as he unleashed a freaking flamethrower on the thing. Did the flames kill the giant spider? No. But did it make it more pissed and hungry for our flesh? Hell bloody yeah. We barely escaped with our lives at that point, but we made it to the trap. I got a slash to the back, Kai almost lost his arm, and the rest just had a couple of bruises.
