Claimed By My Alpha Husband’s Uncle

Claimed By My Alpha Husband’s Uncle

It strengthened my resolve to end the bond between us and reclaim the life that had been stolen from me under the guise of love. I would end this loveless marriage. One way or another.

Love Can't Be Forced, so I Marry Someone Else

Love Can't Be Forced, so I Marry Someone Else

Robert stood frozen, gripped by a fear he'd never known. Over the last seven years, he had always known exactly how much I loved him. He was certain I would always be there, heart in hand, waiting exactly where he'd left me. No matter how much he neglected me, I would keep our home intact and believe in his promises. However, the wedding invitation chipped away every last bit of his arrogance. He stumbled back and called me, but all he heard was a cold, mechanical voice telling him he had been blocked.

Tainted Whispers

Tainted Whispers

Expect nothing from life and just survive so as not to go insane. If Innessa pondered on Issac and what he was doing to her she was sure she'd go crazy. So, it was better to just exist and find peace in small things. She should try to accept the fact that she was married to him and this golden cage was her life now and there was no way out. Either she could die in this cage or find solace within herself and survive for as long as she could. When it felt like she was only talking to the wall because Issac wasn't ready to understand anything then it was better to talk to herself and find a way of surviving and that was what she'd exactly do.

Breaking the Alpha's curse

Breaking the Alpha's curse

“No, it isn't.” “So what will you call marrying Theo to save me?” “Survival,” I answered immediately. The word sounded colder than I intended, but it was the truth. Everything had changed after Liam disappeared. Nothing felt safe anymore. Not the house. Not the people. Not even the memories I used to hold onto. I was learning quickly that survival sometimes meant making terrible choices before worse choices were forced on you. “I’m not actually going to marry Theo,” I said finally. “Then why did you agree?”

CRESCENT OF DESTINY

CRESCENT OF DESTINY

"No. There's no one. You?" "I've literally never had time for feelings. I was too busy surviving." "Fair enough." We sat in silence for a moment. "So what do we do?" I asked. "Pretend to be in love for two years and then fake our way through a marriage?" "Or," Louis said slowly, "we could try to actually get to know each other. See if maybe this disaster could turn into something decent." "You're suggesting we try to fall in love on command?" "I'm suggesting we don't give up before we even start. Who knows? Maybe we'll end up liking each other."

A marriage to save or destroy

A marriage to save or destroy

"And you shall replace Beta Calista as the Alpha's wife." My head spun. The words slammed into me like a tidal wave. The events from yesterday replayed in my mind, each one worse than the last. How in Moon Goddess’ name am I supposed to marry that…monster? My stomach churned violently, threatening to betray me. My heart pounded like a frantic drum, and more tears streamed down my face, unrestrained. The Alpha’s expression remained a blank mask, unreadable and terrifying. I gathered every ounce of courage I had left and spoke, my voice trembling but loud enough to deliver my message.

Married by Fate, Broken by Love

Married by Fate, Broken by Love

Patient. Curious. Something about the way he said it made it easier to speak. “Seven years ago,” I began slowly, “I was married.” Dylan’s eyebrows lifted slightly. “That explains a lot.” “Does it?” “People who survive bad marriages tend to develop strong survival instincts.” I gave a quiet laugh. “That’s one way to describe it.” The memories surfaced slowly, like old photographs rising through dark water. “My parents never liked him,” I continued. “Your husband.” “They said he was charming but unreliable.”

Becoming Mrs. Blackwood

Becoming Mrs. Blackwood

“Not without getting crushed under it.” Her breathing slowed. “But,” I added, “you can loosen the tracks.” Something shifted in her eyes. “You mean…” “We let the wedding happen. We have no choice.” Her jaw tightened. “And then?” “And then,” I said quietly, stepping closer, lowering my voice a bit, “we make sure the marriage doesn’t survive.” Ashley went very still. “It’s not going to be easy. He really loves her.” “There are certain things love do not survive, dear.”

Divorcing him: Mr billionaire doesn't want our baby

Divorcing him: Mr billionaire doesn't want our baby

She asked and without holding back, I let out an ear piercing laughter. “It's funny that you would even think that," I said to her and she straightened her back. “Considering that I married the man!" I said again and she scoffed. “You may have married him but he doesn't love you, he never has and he never will and I know that you know that and it keeps you up at night. How does it feel to be in a loveless marriage where you can't even get a kiss for existing, can't get him to help you comb your hair before bed, can't get him to bat you an eyelid just like in highschool and so you'd do anything by anything to have him give you a little bit of attention. To tell you that you're existing and th

I don't know if I can continue reading. Though the premise is good - the author lacks the ability to story cohesive. Many times I find time gaps and sequence issues that I have to go back and recheck to see if I missed anything. I find this story frustrating to read. I've moved on for now.

Hi, my darlings. It was thrilling last year to write from my heart and I’ve learnt the lessons you were trying to teach and as such I’d like to announce the arrival of my new book—lost heiress;Mr right offers me a second chance. It’s a big improvement, you’d know from the instant you start it. Enjoy

Loveless Marriage

Loveless Marriage

" Imagine this. You are married to him because your parents asked you to. But you love him. He has not touched you or even talked to you properly. The only thing you do for him is to make him breakfast and dinner. He places money in your bank account as a fee for marrying him. Whenever you try to talk to him, he gives you short replies because he could not be bothered to listen to you. Whenever you want to try and fix your marriage with him, he makes you think there isn't a marriage at all. He makes you think that you are like a book he has in his bookshelf for years. Every time your heart breaks because of your efforts. One day you tell him that you want to leave and he barely heard you. Yo
