Chapter 44: The Accra Contingency The drive through the industrial arteries of Accra was a blur of neon signage, crowded night markets, and the persistent, humid haze of West African midnight. The autonomous SUV navigated the labyrinthine streets with an eerie, mechanical precision, bypassing the usual snarl of traffic near the port as if it were tapped directly into the city’s municipal pulse.
