Alexander stared at it for a while and nodded at them. They both left my presence while still discussing on how to go about in capturing the rogues. Holding the invitation card in my hand, I closed his eyes as the memory of years ago flashed before me. I had been cursed to live forever and had lived a thousand years hoping I would be able to break the curse. I remembered the prophecy that on the third day of the third month of the full moon I shall meet the one that was destined to break the curse. It has been a thousand years now and many third month of the full moon had passed but I was yet to meet the destined one.

Angelo explains. "Why do those bastards want Tessa? Why do they need her? And what curse are they talking about?" I demanded answers. "You saw how small they are. They're tiny wolves. Their pathetic compared to wolves up north. I'm guessing you would probably put them to shame." Angelo says. " There is a prophacy that a hybrid can break the curse. That's the most that I know about the curse. I've seen it, but I can't make any sense out of it. All I know is that it describes Tessa." Angelo explained.

Not believing they are inside a world entirely different to them. Huzefa smirked at their reaction, extending his hand towards the small portion of inferno set into the real world, “Gentlemen and Ladies, I present to you the curse we called upon ourselves- Welcome to The Dimension of Katastrofi.”

The metallic tang of blood lingered in the air, mixing with the acrid scent of gunpowder. My fingers tremble slightly as I reloaded my Glock, the weight of Julia’s warning clawing at the back of my mind. *“He’ll ruin you. The detonator from Haemir’s new leader—Serpent-Tattoo Woman, as Valerie had dubbed her—lay crushed under his boot.

A network of black veins sprouted from the mutation at the middle of the dark scar, stretching through his whole chest. The veins weren't normal; they were totally dark, and they swallowed any ray of light that came close to them, making it seem as though there was none there at all. "That's what you get for doing a bargain with the devil!" "What is that?" asked Alicia, intrigued. Slejj buttoned his top once more. "That is what holds the vurhans out, at least in North Angus. I made a shady deal...with a deity."

She pushed herself up slightly against the pillows, her voice ringing through the shadowed bedroom with surprising force. “Heartless people… You are demons!” she rasped, each word laced with venom. “You will regret what you’ve done to me. I curse you and your child. On the day I leave this world, I will charge you. I will take a life and ensure you live without peace. My spirit will haunt you until the end of your days!” Her voice echoed off the high ceilings, raw and haunting, before collapsing into a fit of coughing. Even in the grip of death, Carla poured every remaining ounce of her will into the curse.

This pull is strange, scary but amazing. The problem now is, how do I keep the most stubborn Vampire to ever exist safe without having a fight with her?

Kendra had a feeling that he wanted some sort of response, and so she meekly shook her head in the negative. “We destroy them,” He said, “We hunt them down and kill them, skin their carcasses and wear their fur as a cloak, now that’s what we do to them,” He stepped closer, and Kendra involuntarily took a step back, unadmitedly fearful of him now. He was as vile as the rumors had claimed, perhaps even more. “You fear me lass,” He pointed out darkly, taking another step forward. “Why do you fear me? There’s no need to fear, for all I want to do is rid the world of the people afflicted with the devil’s curse.”

"If it weren't for your fucking brother I wouldn't be doing this. So you can thank him when you see him in hell." The alpha got back in the car and slammed the door shut. I trembled, confused by what was happening and still frightened by the idea of dying. The beta scrambled to get back in the car, too, and after the alpha revved the engine obnoxiously the tires started spinning, spitting gravel out behind them, and the car disappeared down the road. They'd left me. I couldn't go back to town without being shot. Before I had more time to think about what to do, my legs gave out and my vision went black.
