No powers, just complete human except for the times when their body senses any demon nearby them. Their bodies gives them sufficient amount of power to defend themselves against the demons for the time being. The halflings don't have enough powers until 23, but when they get full control of their powers after their potus is fully developed chances are, they can be more powerful than an actual complete satangel.
