It looked like a shark from afar, but Darryl could see that it had a pair of light purple wings on its back. Wings on a shark? He had not heard that before. Indeed, that humongous beast was none other than the enchanted beast Shakun that Prince Aurin had told him. 'F*ck me!' A few seconds later, Darryl snapped back to his senses. He marveled to himself. So that was the enchanted beast Shakun? Its aura was amazing. Just then, Shakun let out an earth-shaking growl as his eyes grew bloodshot. Its body radiated a terrifying aura.

she snapped. “Not what,” Halrik said, staring out to sea, “but who.” Suddenly, the net surfaced—not empty, but wrong. Shreds of it flailed wildly, torn open by something with impossible strength. Bones tumbled out across the deck—ribs, jaws, but not human or fish. Some were translucent. Others shimmered as if dipped in oil. Then a lump slid from the mangled trawl—wet and glistening. A shape. Humanoid. Naked. Breathing.

Do they really expect me to sell my pack to a human? I could feel my skin prickle, indicating my wolf was on the verge of taking over. A human claiming rights to a wolf pack is unheard of. We would be the laughingstock of the entire supernatural species if we went through with this. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW!?" I scream out, barely managing to keep my wolf from forcing a shift. My betas instantly take a knee before me as they bend their heads toward the ground, showing their necks in submission. My alpha aura washed throughout the room, forcing them to submit.

“You want to hold her?” Noah's smile faltered slightly, but he nodded, holding out his hands. His jaw was tight, but the smile and the excitement in his eyes was enough to tell me he was enjoying the adrenaline rush of holding an apex predator in his hands. I put the little shark on his outstretched fingers. “How big will she get?” he asked, breathless. “Up to fourteen feet and seven-hundred and thirty pounds.” “Whoa.” Noah stared at the little two foot baby in his hands.

He’s a strong wolf but he’s not even a beta. I could feel us getting closer when the smell of blood hit my nose. I pushed Rain to go as hard as she can. I could smell hers and Jennies fear swirling in the air. I saw Sairos body up ahead, he still hasn’t shifted back to his human. I slowed Rain down as we approached. The stench of the bear was everywhere. I tightened the reins on Rain and circled. Sairo was barely breathing and he couldn’t connect through the mind link. I went to dismount when I saw him. He had shifted back to his human form was running full speed at us. I drew my arrow and fired off a bow but he dodged it. Jennie was now yelling my name. The attacker getting closer, then he

A low scream tore out from her throat, and the male in front of her, finally noticing the commotion, turned to face the Shark. Shira watched in horror as the Shark fought all of them. He was only one, and there were more than eleven of the Renaki villains, and yet, he was no match for them. She watched as he fought with his claws bared, his muscles appeared a little more intimidating than they had before, and even his hair, his hair looked wilder than it usually was. All around her, she saw that the other males had also swollen up, bigger than their previous form. Was this what it looked like when a werewolf turned? At first, she had feared for the Shark’s safety, but when it became obvious

Their blood doesn't have to mix with the pool water and become a pool of blood! I cannot take this anymore. I took a step closer to the glass aquarium and leaned closer. I need to look at the shark. I need to see the animal first before calling 911. Screw the cousin-code. I am not doing this with them. Something passed by in front of me and it seems like a human-sized creature with a tail... A human-sized... what? I gasped when a sparkly purple mermaid tail was shone by the light. Oh... so it is an A?

He quickly shielded the princess behind him. The gills of the humanoid shark kept flapping, and his crimson eyes had lost all appearance of sanity. “Human, are you very strong? Let’s see if I can exhaust a human practitioner to his death!” The professor opened a few more floodgates.

Seraphina’s body contorted and she thrashed around the bath as pearlescent scales began to replace her flawless olive skin. Seraphina’s body started to elongate and as she clambered out of the bath and threw herself onto the cold marble bathroom floor. Her back hunched painfully as wings began to sprout from her shoulder blades and a long, smooth, pointed tail replaced her perfect rear.
