Psyche Flint firmly said as she stared directly on Grandpa Flint’s eyes. Grandpa Flint smiled and was not shocked of Psyche Flint’s declaration of peace for humanity because he already heard it many times inside his dreams. For within five years of hiding, he had a dream of a human silhouette who stood firmly in front of zombie army. That person looked straight and declared her words to many people.

It's sniffing in the air, grumbling gibberish through its lips. There are two of them! There may be more. The girl snuggled close to me, and I protectively hugged her tight. When I thought that nothing would happen while we hid quietly, I was wrong. I had my most horrified gasp when I saarm-sizeded centipede crawling toward us. Even the girl showed fright upon seeing it. Terrified, I searched for a weapon and found a rock. I took it and squished the centipede until its green blood was what was left of it.

They were under the impression that he was just exhausted, so they shook him a little and force fed him some water, but he never twitched. They started slapping him around when his jacket seemed to squirm, and they opened it to find that it was crawling with centipedes! As the tomb raiders leapt away with fear, Frank snorted. "Aren't you kids a sorry excuse for tomb raiders, getting scared by that?!" He strode up, ready to kill the centipedes when one of them stopped him. "Please, we're not doubting you, but these centipedes are weird. They're fast, can jump at you, and are very poisonous! You have to be careful!"

Now in his human form again, he offered her the chair himself. A big slimy arm with a glove-covered hand served her beef steak. Looking up, her jaw almost dropped when she saw another creature from her sketchbook. Cent was sure she saw this creature in her nightmares like Mr. Goblin or her alleged father. The creature had big round eyes almost popping and his fangs upside down. His face twisted gruesomely when he attempted to grin at her which she replied with a forced smile. “Hey. Awesome teeth. Where are you getting your dental care?”

The cover was embossed with a symbol that looked like a twisted, enraged claw mark. Nate crossed the room, the ghost sense of Kieran’s touch still tingling on his skin. He stood beside his chair, close enough to feel the warmth coming from him, and peered down at the pages. The script was old, but the images were brutally clear: depictions of wolves, but different. They were monstrously big, their musculature exaggerated and vicious, with four separate, scary sets of fangs in their gaping maws.

Her head hurts like a battle-ax was splitting it open and her shoulders and legs are aching after prolonged hours of sitting on the ground and focusing on drawing the symbols. She stood from her seat to get a better view of her complete pictograph and forced her lips to produce a proud smile at a job well done. An odd creature that seems to be a hybrid of a black cat and a bat flew towards her also inspecting the work. The small creature was ill-proportioned having a head too big for its body and limbs too small to support its weight however it seems to be in perfect physiological and physical functioning.

Another shriek, and this time Kronos backed up in horror as a giant centipede reared its head. It was twenty feet tall, its black skin hard as stone. Its legs were taller than the average human man. Protruding out of its jaw were two long jagged pincers that produced green ooze. Its glowing red eyes eyed the Abnormals that had dared to intrude in its lair with malice and hunger. “ It’s an Untri. We are so dead,” Thora whispered. “ What exactly is an Untri?” Kronos asked.

I frowned at him. "It is my concern because it involves me." I told him. They stopped in front of a tall black door, one that looked like the entrance to hell. It had weird carvings on it. There were carvings of humans with spears, pointing them at a large snake-like creature. There was also the face of a man, sharp teeth poking out from between his lips. There was a carving of a large wolf, with smaller wolves bowing before it. Another one looked familiar, it was a large beast with a curly mane. It was like the one I had seen back at the laboratory.

I shake the memory away and lean closer to Serina’s sketch, my breath catching in my throat. There they are, those eyes, vivid even in graphite, ringed with soft crimson from the colored pencil she must have packed. The creature’s face is fierce, wolfish, but… human too? It stands upright on two legs, its limbs long and muscular, fur flowing down its arms and back like a cloak of shadow. My gaze trails over the pointed ears, the hunched posture, the claws that look more like weapons than hands. “What is this?” I whisper aloud, more to myself than to Serina.

I say ‘mostly’ because there are symbols—or pictures—amidst the written word, as though some meanings couldn’t be communicated through the written word. The unrolled scroll took up the entire length of the table—no wonder every table here is at least three times the ones in B.A.D.’s conference room. ‘Everything here is enormous,’ I blurted. Elena chuckled. ‘Yes, it is. Compared to the human world. Can’t blame us for noticing the difference—ah! Here it is—.’ Her slim finger pointed to a diagram of a werewolf shifting to a human.
