HUNTED

HUNTED

My stomach dropped. "What?" He nodded. "I hired investigators to find you after you dared to run from me that morning. It took them a week to find you." Something was slamming hard against my rib cage in a really violent way. I knew what it was. My heart. "I found out who you were—Matteo Leone, a twenty three year old bisexual man, living in your father's house like a prisoner." He leaned forward slightly. "I learned everything about you—your urm... useless family, and your situation within hours of funding you."

SNOW WHITE And The Supernaturals Of SHADOWVALE

SNOW WHITE And The Supernaturals Of SHADOWVALE

I'm like a protective mama bear, ready to tear anyone apart who dares to harm my cubs. "EVERGARDENADE!" one of the Hunters bellows, sending a barrage of projectiles hurtling toward me. But just before they can make contact, they explode into a foggy mist of Evergarden—the one plant that can weaken even the toughest vampire. I crumple to my knees, coughing and sputtering as the mist engulfs me. It's like trying to breathe through a thick, mossy swamp, and my lungs burn with the effort. With every ounce of willpower I possess, I propel myself out of the noxious cloud, gasping for fresh air.

Claimed By The Lycan King

Claimed By The Lycan King

I paused in the shadowed doorway, assessing the terrain and timing my move. Three gardeners worked among the neat rows, their attention focused on their tasks. Beyond them lay a decorative hedge that would provide cover if I could reach it unseen. I counted breaths, watching the rhythm of their work, and when all three bent to their tasks simultaneously, I moved – quick, purposeful steps that carried me behind a tall trellis of climbing roses and then to the concealing bulk of the hedge.

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

No guns; just long, hooked spears. “The Gardeners,” the Auditor whispered, face grey with fear. “They don’t want power for machines. They want it to plant new worlds. They’ll destroy this planet to get it.” One Gardener stepped forward and raised his spear. The tip’s glow grew brighter. “Give us the Seed,” the Gardener’s voice echoed inside June’s mind. It was a command. “The human race failed. You stole the fire and burned your own house. The Seed belongs to the stars.”

Shadowboom Unveiling

Shadowboom Unveiling

Sandy's eyes sparkled with joy as she eagerly agreed, "I promise, Mom! It's going to be the best tree ever!" When I found myself alone in the peaceful evening, Jack the old gardener approached me and initiated a conversation. "You know," he began, his eyes squinting as he observed me suspiciously, "ever since you arrived in this house, I've noticed something peculiar about you. It's as if you're constantly searching for something, trying to find your place in this world."

Graveyard Watchman

Graveyard Watchman

Until now. Shifting into drive, I hit the gas a little harder than intended. Gravel tumbles underneath the tires, keeping me from moving for a second before the Volvo takes off. I manage to turn around, easing up on the gas and finally hitting pavement to pass the cemetery gates. It's still pitch black outside but I'm beyond positive it shouldn't be. I've been gone for hours. This is insane. Nothing makes sense. The Watchman. My dead brother-at least I think it's him-back from the dead.

Blood Hunt

How am I supposed to react? "So guys that sums up. Anything more to discuss"? I asked and everyone shook their heads. So I decided to call it off. We planned to gather at dinner. Saint is a foodie. He loves food. And he was happily dancing around. When everyone left I left the office too. I asked Mason where Callum was and he pointed to the gardens. Oh well why didnt I see it coming. He loves the garden. Spending time with flowers. Running after the butterflies and birds. He is a little kid.

The werewolf hunter

The werewolf hunter

"Are you sure about that, leader Matilda? The hunter is tricky. She always changes her appearance, therefore, it's a bit hard to find her. I also heard from her victims that she use something to hide her real scent." Kasper looks at his mom and she just nods. Kasper's mother gave him a look to just follow her command. "My son is not the leader of the alpha pack for nothing. He just needs to observe the hunter and find out who's her informant because I guess that there is a spy here in our village... Don't let your guard down, my son. And if you found an opportunity, kill the hunter!" "Yes, mother," Kasper said and bow to her. "I will accompany the alpha leader." Every one of them look at Fli

Shadow Hunter

Shadow Hunter

It was a pathetic and undeniable craven existence but it was how they were winning the war. Dave let out a sigh. "No. He used a HG blade." I nodded. A brilliant man named Henry Gomez spent his life developing a UV spiked, but essentially silver based liquid that could be applied to any metallic object, leaving a coat of active poison that would kill both shade and host upon entering the their shared body. Something in perfectly balanced formula temporarily imprisoned the shade and as long as the wounds you inflicted on the human were mortal, the shade shared the same fate. The HG liquid had become as precious to us as light bulbs. It was hard to come by at the best of times, especially out h

Harvested

Harvested

Gafrop warriors and a Jahn commander are in our living! My eyes dart towards my father to make sure he is okay, but his pristine face and his calm demeanor baffles my brain. The species that have hurt us the most are inside of our home, and he is quiet. Seeing my expression and confusion makes my father open his mouth. "I have struck a deal, Zor. Furn will not be your mate. You will be signed up for the Harvest. The four other females being sent have been selected. I have ensured your success. Their beauty pales in comparison to yours. You must get Commander Burk to mate you," Father says sternly, and my heart shatters.

I’ve now read this book twice. It was fantastic the first time and I caught things I missed the second time. Great storyline, no rushing through the story and I felt like it ended with no loose ends. Can’t wait to read about more of the characters in the next book!
