The Lycan's Contract Bride

The Lycan's Contract Bride

Aria's POV Through divine perception, I witnessed the first complete fusion as Luna-who-loves merged fully with the goddess's love-fragment. The resulting being defied all previous categories of existence. "I am love-that-knows-ending," the hybrid entity declared, her voice carrying both cosmic resonance and mortal warmth. "I understand infinite connection through the lens of finite existence. I am paradox resolved." The fusion radiated power that wasn't purely divine or simply mortal but something entirely new. She could touch hearts across galaxies while understanding the intimate grief of individual loss. Her love was vast yet personal, eternal yet conscious of time's passage.

TOO LATE, MY LUNA

TOO LATE, MY LUNA

I had been thirteen, sitting at the kitchen table while she braided my hair, when her hands went still and she was quiet for a moment in the way she got when she was choosing her words carefully. "Aria," she said. "Your blood is not ordinary." I laughed a little because I did not know what else to do with that. "What does that mean?" I asked. She did not laugh back. Her hands stayed still in my hair and her voice stayed low and careful. "It means you are going to be more than the people around you expect," she said. "More than they will be comfortable with. There will be people who try to make you smaller because your size frightens them."

I see them a couple of meters away next to the girl. - Your alpha wants to talk to you- speaks a dark-haired man with honey-colored eyes. I let go of the one on the ground and he moves away, grimacing and waving his arm. - First, he's not my Alpha; and second, I'm not going anywhere with you, bye- I turn and start walking away from them. -You're a hybrid- I stay still in my place, when I'm about to turn I receive a strong

Hybrid

Frowning deeply I clenched my jaw tight, was he making fun of me right now, what was so funny about what I had said? “If not kill me then what!?” I said instantly annoyed with him. Looking up at me he sighed as another soft sheepish smile spread across his face, “You’re virginity is the fascination Laya, I think if I mate with you he’ll back off,” “Mate with me?” nodding he smirked, “Laya do you have any real idea what a hybrid is?” swallowing hard she looked down. Besides being a freak, a virus, something that shouldn’t exist. What else is there?”

THE HYBRID QUEEN AWAKENING

THE HYBRID QUEEN AWAKENING

I said quietly. My eyes moved toward the next section carved into the stone. “They ruled together.” Silence filled the chamber instantly. Because there it was. One figure standing between all three races. The hybrid figure towered over the others carved beneath it while symbols circled its body like chains. Long fangs. Wolf claws. Eyes glowing with carved fire. Female. Karin stepped beside me slowly. “That’s impossible.” My stomach tightened hard. Because I remembered the symbol on Zara’s hand the night she was born

Luna's Revenge

Luna's Revenge

It was a capability that set them apart, made them assets in the coming confrontation with Darkhood. The lair was silent again, but the air felt charged, as if the power of Aria and Light had infused the space with an undercurrent of electricity. I could sense the weight of Nathan's words settling among us. Hybrids like Aria and Light were rare jewels, powerful, precise, and potentially game-changing in the conflict ahead. I glanced at Aria, then at Light. They were calm, but I knew they understood the significance of what they'd just displayed.

Werewolf Academy

I breathe out in a sigh. Ariah watches me, her expression unreadable, and then she murmurs, “You guys know I’m not pure vamp, right? I’m hybrid. The wolf blood might be why she didn’t… well, die or anything bad happened.” Nate nods in thought. “Could be.” Ariah turns back to me, her gaze softening. “I still feel bad about that, Hailey. You’ve got no idea… I’m just glad you’re okay.” “You weren’t yourself.” I give her a small smile, hoping to ease her guilt. “I know you didn’t do it on purpose, so forget about it, okay?”

THE ALPHA'S HIDDEN LUNA

THE ALPHA'S HIDDEN LUNA

Kael stumbled backward, swearing under his breath. Ariana stood before them. But she wasn’t Ariana anymore. She was something in-between—half human, half beast, her skin etched with glowing silver veins, her eyes bottomless black with swirling gold centers, her teeth sharp, her claws impossibly long. An Eclipse Hybrid. The rarest—and deadliest—form of a Luna. Ariana looked at her hands in horror… then at Damon… then at the forest. Everything around her pulsed with clarity—every movement, every heartbeat, every fear.

Arranged to the Alpha

Arranged to the Alpha

The woman looked at us and smiled, her eyes somewhat more genuine than I thought that they would be considering what we just saw her do. “My apologies, I did not introduce myself. I am Ariana, the unwanted hybrid.” She said, extending her hand to me. “Natalia.” I said, shaking her hand. “I am aware, I have heard a lot about you with Myla. The woman who has been my ‘main challenge’ before I chose to reject Drake. Thankfully, I do not regret it now after seeing how sick he is.” She said, and Blake frowned. “Wait, Drake’s mate is not…”

Really enjoyed the book but it’s a pity that in the beginning that there were bits of conversation between Ares and Blake in the beginning but then suddenly nothing at all at some point. I like reading the conversation between wolf and its human.

Started out fine enough, but this book is so slow moving, boring, the writing is so contrived… Where is the development of the woman’s power? How does it affect (gosh, the characters are so unremarkable I can’t even recall their names). I’m out.
