"Just... respect him... I mean be respectful." With a raised eyebrow, Andreitte looks at the Chief Maid again. "I am a respectful person, my respect would usually fly in the window if I am being pissed off and degraded as a person, more so as a woman. If you will excuse me now, I need to go," she said with an unfathomable expression.

He didn't want to make her feel humiliated, after all. "I give you my word that I shall be faithful to you, and I shall do nothing to disrespect you. I do respect you and honor you. That's the reason I accepted your term and obligingly complied with your demand. If you value our relationship, you'll respect my demand as I respect yours."

Still. “I’m not your son, Alpha Mason,” I addressed him as respectfully yet stern as possible. “I am here on business, and as long you respect me and my title, as comparatively inexperienced as I may be, then I will most assuredly respect yours.” He sat there in his large alpha seat, silently and stoically sizing me up. I wasn’t sure whether I had poked the bear, but I was not going to be disrespected simply because I was not my father.

I praise them from the bottom of my dead heart when I sense their plan. I sigh and push the door open nonetheless, but as I know their plan, I slightly take my step back and let the trash bin fall on the floor. I am literally angry now! Literally! Respect is one of the reasons I get angry very quickly. Even though these people do not know me, as a human being, it is their duty to respect each other.

I nodded once, leaning forward slightly as I cleared my throat. “Yes,” I replied. “That is correct.” My voice remained calm, but the weight behind it was anything but.

His black eyes were sharp. "Do you want me to take you home? Or can you manage on your own?" His calm voice snapped me out of my daze. I inhaled softly, clearing my throat in embarrassment. He had definitely noticed my staring. "No, it’s fine. I think I’m okay. I don’t want to trouble you. Thank you so much again." I bowed to him at a ninety degree angle out of respect. When I straightened, he was still staring at me, unreadable.

She scoffed, "Where did you get this low-class witch from, child?” "Mother!" Rico shouted again. "Do not degrade her. She is the only reason I am speaking to you calmly. Don't push it!" The room fell silent, the tension thickening in the air. I could feel the weight of everyone's gaze on me, waiting for my response. Taking a deep breath, I straightened my posture and met the woman's piercing eyes with determination. "Ma'am, I may come from a different background, but I believe that respect is earned through actions, not titles or lineage," I replied, my voice steady. "I apologize if my words offended you, but I am simply stating my perspective on the matter."
