Maybe, she wouldn't have had to go through that hell." Maliya’s voice was soft. I knew she was talking to herself. Her eyes were glued to the young girl. I leaned against the chair and closed my eyes. "Do you even know her name?" I asked Maliya. She gave me a small nod.
