I Can Peek Inside Every Place And Even Record It Novels & Stories

She pointed to the fridge, and I pulled out the bacon and the fruit salad. “I am good with the jalapeno.” I said, handing her one to chop up. “Oh, I was looking online, and I found a peephole security camera. It replaces your current peephole. It records movement in front of your door and it also has a sensor to pick up knocking. I figured since Dylan has stopped by twice, it might be a good investment.” I wanted Amalia to be safe. I didn’t know anything about this Dylan guy, but none of the little bit I did know about him was good.

“You'll have it. The market is growing. And our reach? It’s global.” My stomach churned at how casually he reduced people to nothing more than merchandise. Silently, I crept farther into the room, heart pounding. I found a cluttered shelf and carefully placed the recording device between the items, praying it would remain hidden. I crouched low, barely daring to breathe. Ellison stayed near the door, keeping watch. I stood slowly, edging toward the exit, mind racing with what I’d just heard. But then—a loud scrape echoed behind me.

Bunny had suspicions and when the apartment next door became available, Neo moved in. He put out the cigarette in the outdoor ash tray. It was a nasty habit and he didn’t know why anyone would do it. But it offered a reason to be outside. Neo went inside and turned on his recording equipment. Legally, he could not record anything in their apartment, video or audio. But, if he was testing equipment for his security company, and happened to pick up noises from their apartment, *that* was legal.

"Don't act in any way that you're not accustomed to. Keep it light...." "Are there cameras here as well? Or just listening devices." "Both!" Now she panicked and tried pulling away again. "Doesn't that mean that they know you're here?" "No, I found the location of the cameras as soon as I walked in with this." I showed her the device on my watch that allowed me to scan for any device within range. It's one of Tyler's gadgets that allows me to turn things off the way they did in my house without anyone watching being the wiser.

"My sister was telling me about how she was babysitting last year and she realized that the family had set up a 'nanny cam,'...you know, a hidden camera to spy on the people watching their kids. I'm sure they sell those things down at the Seiyu." "Are you serious? You would record yourself and show me?" "Well, I don't know about recording. I don't want to create a record of anything. But if we could set it up so that it's just a live feed to your TV or computer, with no recording, I think I'd be okay with that." "Oh my god, Jake. That would be so amazing. I couldn't ask for a better learning opportunity."

The place held its breath, waiting, like it knew something was coming. Fifty minutes before anything started, I was already there. A tiny recorder found its spot behind a wobbly wood panel inside the worn cabinet, angled just right to catch every word. From there, sound filled the room without notice, feeding silently into the hidden mic stitched along my collar - feeding straight into an app on my phone where each syllable flowed live and saved itself instantly. Fingers still, I checked each gadget one after the other.

"I've never seen it before." "A bugging device." Aurum smiled. "It can record all sounds within ten meters, loud and clear." "Why do you have something like this?" "That's not important." Aurum said, leaning on the table with both hands, his eyes deeply fixed on her, "What's important is that you're holding it right now." Ivy felt the device burning in her hand! She wanted to throw it away, but she could not. Tightening her grip on it, Ivy swallowed again. "Why are you making me hold a bug?"

Super helpful in Los Angeles, but basically useless the last 48 hours. I could interrupt them, but Grant and Dominique won’t tell me the truth about their conversation anyway. There’s no way to find out what they’re saying unless JP hears them and translates for me. But JP’s not around, so he can’t hear them – Unless I record them. I feel slightly dirty as I bring up the soundboard program, the one with Al Pacino’s voice clips, and press RECORD. I remind myself that I’m spying on an international fugitive, that I’m a hacker who has broken dozens of laws in the last 24 hours alone, and that I’m now wanted by the FBI. Electronic eavesdropping? Pffft. Minor league.

I smiled, my heart tightening with guilt. He lifted his gaze to mine. “It’s clear you’re not ready to tell me what this is about, but is there any way I can help?” I hesitated, then sat back down, meeting his curious eyes. “Actually, yes. I need you to help me do something a little… illegal.” He chuckled, the tension in the air dissolving. “Now that sounds exciting.” “I need something I can use to record, something no high-tech detector or signal jammer can trace,” I said.

Hazel says from behind her. Hazel's voice is cracking now. She looks at the display case. She looks at me. "Be quiet, Hazel," Marcella snaps. "We do not need these medicines," Hazel whispers. "We need to show this bitch who rules the Westview continent," Marcella says. I lift my left wrist. I touch the small silver button on the side of my watch. The tiny screen flashes green once. Cooper made this device himself. It records every sound, every word, and every breath within ten metres.
