SHAWN One minute I’m sitting on my bed, still in yesterday’s clothes, staring at nothing in particular and the next, I’m waking up to sunlight cutting through the curtains and a dull heaviness sitting behind my eyes. For a second, everything feels normal. Then it comes back.The pack. The bond. Kane. I exhale slowly, dragging a hand over my face before reaching for my phone on the nightstand. A notification blinks on the screen. Mike. " I know you left.Just… whatever you decide, I'm on your side."

Imogen: It was a sunny morning, definitely not one for our kind. The sun filtered through the delicate lace of the parasol above me, casting intricate patterns on the table in front of me. A gentle breeze carried the scent of freshly bloomed roses, mingling with the earthy undertones of the garden soil. The parasol shielded me from the worst of the sun, but the warmth still seeped into my skin, lulling me into a false sense of calm which I knew was going to leave burn marks later. But I loved to see the way the sun slightly burnt intricate patterns from the parasol on my skin.

My pulse increased, and I squeezed my eyes tightly together, willing it to stop and pleading to Selene that it would pass. I pushed the feeling further and further down. I felt a slight pinch in my neck, and my entire body felt heavy. The burning subsided as I was pulled into the darkness. ~~~ "You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. I giggled as my mother pecked kisses all over my face.

I open the paper bag and see a set of my pink underwear, black tight jeans, and a simple dark gray hoodie inside. She must've gone to our dorm to pick this up this morning. “Thanks, Kat!” I yell as she walks towards the door. “Uh-uh. Don't thank me.” She said without even looking back. I could still hear her giggles as she closed the door.

Anya The sunshine streaming through my windows hints at a world outside that I used to be a part of. But today is different. It’s my first day off, and I decide to spend it by the pool. The sun is out, the sky a crystal-clear blue as if trying to mock the murkiness clouding my thoughts. I walk out onto the penthouse deck, sliding the glass door shut behind me with a soft click.

“Don’t worry sunshine, I’ll brake your walls down.” My eyes widen with surprised, I didn’t expect that, so I act like I did not hear a word he said. “Huh, said something?” I ask, moving my gaze back out the window brushing off his remark. Michael just cackle. “Not a thing sunshine.” He turns the music up, the music transforms the world outside my window into a surreal tableau. Streetlights flickers like strobe lights, casting a fleeing shadows that dances to the rhythm of the music. I can’t help but smile, the electronic symphony casted a spell on me, captivating my spirit and urging it to surrender to the euphoric waves cascading through the car.

I will be a little frisky to look at, but hey, it is still summer. Luckily, I had had enough brains to put my backpack away before walking the last stretch up to Soleil’s home. I hurry back to the place and find my hated happiness pills. After shaking a few out, I come to the conclusion that I probably have to pop a few more. Hooray for chemicals. When I put the pills back, I discover that there is a call on the cell phone. Unknown number. An annoying burst of hope slams against the the i side of my chest and my stupid head. Maybe Soleil has come to her senses ?

He could not understand why but he felt like he could not breathe as he got nearer and nearer to the place. Sunny excitedly told Felix as they were coming out of the restaurant. She did a lot of shopping and Felix was stunned to see her buying things. This night lamp was cute and she bought it. That teddy was so pretty. She needed colours and paint brushes. She needed kits so she could make things herself. She had a strange taste. "Oh, I forgot my phone." Sunny suddenly remembered as she touched her pocket. "I will quickly go and bring it." She told Felix who held her hand. "I will go and you can wait in the car." He gave her the keys and turned to leave knowing the car was in the safe distance.
