I said and told her how I lied to her and sneaked out of the house for my own benefit and used her key to do it again. Lillian beamed. I forced a smile and nodded. " Can I have my phone, please?" She asked and I cleared my throat. My mind ran over various lies I was going to tell her. " I dropped it by accident, I'm sorry." I lied. I've been lying a lot and it was killing me. " Dropped it? How ?" " I got tired of sitting, so I went out the balcony to take some air, and then I dropped it by accident." I lied through my teeth.

One summer, someone stupidly exposed that I liked Zayden and out of fear, pride, and panic, I lied. “I like Lucas.” And everyone believed it even him. Sometimes I wonder if that one lie changed everything.

I leaned back in my seat and added, "I'm giving you a chance now. Say the magic words. Break up with me. Don't worry.
