I See My Reflection In Your Eyes Novels & Stories

I exclaimed in shock as I looked at my appearance in the mirror. What I saw in the mirror was me, but it was a different me. The me I saw in the mirror looked more mature, more beautiful, but then I noticed something: my eyes looked different. My eyes no longer seemed innocent, but rather they carried a series of emotions, and the one that stood out vividly was pain.

“To do everything right this time.” She studies me too long — suspicion skimming her gaze. I pretend not to notice. Two can play this game. --- Later, I sit in my chambers, brushing my hair before the mirror. My golden strands gleam under moonlight — but that isn’t what catches my attention. My reflection’s eyes… They shimmer faintly. Like stars trapped in blue glass. I blink — and the glow disappears. “What are you?” I whisper to my own reflection. As if in answer, a sharp ache cuts through my chest — heat spiraling through every vein. I gasp, gripping the nearest table to stay upright.

"Look," Mira said and pointed to a small puddle of water on the floor. I crawled over to it and looked at my reflection.

As the air thickens with silence after his words, and I burst into hysterical laughter. “Ok , ok,...you almost got me,” I said to him, just as his eyes shifted to the small creek by my side, as if urging me to look; I turned and crawled towards the small pond, and when I gazed into it, my stomach drops at the sight of my reflection. I stared back at an uncanny silver-metallic hue that glowed like polished steel crystals in my eyes, and dread filled my entire body as I trembled, tracing my glowing eyes and peeking canines with shaking hands.

“That’s where you’re dragging her back?” Her eyes snapped to mine in the reflection like I had said something mortifying.

I neared the water and my reflection in the water wasn't my reflection it was someone else's, I knelt down to see it well and I was correct. "Is something wrong with me? Who's reflection is in the water?—" "A mirror surface can only reflect what looks through it, that's you Ally, it's you." She had tears in her eyes. "No it's not possible give me your mirror." She brought it out from her purse and handed it to me, I opened it and stared at it before looking at her. "Mel?" "Yes!" "Can you see me?" I asked shocked.

Her groggy voice pulled me back to reality and my gaze instantly settled on her puckered lips. I turned — back facing the mirror because the only time I could deal with seeing my reflection as if I was watching myself fuck Sydney senseless. The thought had my lips tilting up in a lopsided grin as I braced my weight onto the counter. Folding my arms across my bare chest, I questioned, "Ever look at your reflection and not like what you see, love?"

I turned on the tap as I washed my face and the reflection I saw in the mirror crippled me completely as I met those wild eyes. “Please spare me!”

He pleaded in tears as he pushed the mirror into my hands. Why was he giving me a mirror. I was ab out to throw it against the wall, when I caught a glimpse of my reflection and saw my eyes. Pure gold. I was immediately transported back into a differesnt time when I had stood in front of another mirror looking at my gold eyes and blond hair. “Who is that?” I croaked out as I stared at my reflection who had the eyes of a witch. Then suddenly chants. The chants of thousands of people. Old men, mothers, young girls, children all yelling the same thing.

I mumble, my head beginning to throb. My eyes blur for a second and I momentarily lose sight of everything, but when my vision returns, I can see everything. There is a mirror sitting against the wall on the other side of the room. I look at my reflection, noticing the disturbing color of my eyes, but they weren't anything I hadn't seen before.
