I stopped having frequent nightmares and sleep paralysis. The final good thing is that I started writing and publishing my own stories. After discussing with some publications and the authorities, they allowed me to write and published anything I feel comfortable sharing. The first book I wrote and published is about my father and how he ruined my life. It's a one hundred page long book filled with back story about him and my mother's life; how they met, the birth of a child, and what caused them to have a divorce.
