The enchanted chains, along with the spears, melted upon contact of the fierce fire, and the spirit guards was then blasted away as the surge of heatwaves swirled in the surrounding air. End of POV Zayn got up unchained Gigi's hands and left the room silently. "Prove yourself or get ready to get your ass badly beaten!" Gigi said Jennie smirked. One grabs Zayla’s ankle, yanking her off balance, but she whips around, grabs his arm, and lets the flame go. He combusts like a torch soaked in oil. Bella grabs the other, headbutts him, and as he staggers back, she follows up with a blast of ice that pins him to a tree. Zander himself emerges, a cutlass in each hand, scars gleaming on his face. He’s older and meaner, but that shark-smile still haunted Zayla’s dreams for the last year. He locks eyes with her, raises his blades in salute, and charges.
