Alice replied, offering a fair exchange. "I want two slices of cake if I eat this apple slice," Alisha countered, bargaining for a sweeter deal. Alice chuckled at Alisha's negotiation, impressed by her bargaining skills even in her weakened state. "Two slices it is, but you have to finish the apple slice first," Alice agreed, knowing that the promise of cake would motivate Alisha to eat the fruit. I groaned as I ate the fruit that tasted like a mango ice cream bar. I hurried up and took another bit before I was grabbing another for later.

Yes, that is an apple.” I took a bite and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. “Hmm, it’s a touch sour and bitter, but largely sweet, not at all salty, and overall extremely juicy.. Nice one apple..” I took a bite again and began walking in the same direction as when the girl appeared out of nowhere, and I tried to ignore the fact that I was clearly hallucinating. A tiny girl, all alone in the woods? And a lady in green? Or was just I mistaken of my sight? What are the chances of that?

Someday we will have to surprise her with a big lemon cake. What ever that is.
