Cae murmured in fear. The Immortals were a group of Fenrir creatures, a race of monstrous wolves who have been in existence since the beginning of time. They were different from the lycans and the werewolves. They were even more powerful than the Wildings, and deadlier than the Reapers. They stayed faraway, in the hills and caves, living in isolation. They only emerged when it was absolutely necessary. If they suspected that Gwendolyn had the slightest connection to a dark, unknown power source, they would kill her.

Aiden leaned back and thought for a long time, brows furrowed. “Why do you ask?” Caitlin finally asked, becoming concerned herself by his expression. “I think there may be another force at play here,” Aiden finally said. “What do you mean?” Caitlin asked. Aiden sighed. “There is a prophecy that, when the last vampire on earth surfaces, the Immortalists would die.” “Immortalists?” Caleb asked. Aiden nodded. “An ancient race of legend, a race destined to live precisely two thousand years old. Not quite immortal—a misnomer, if you will. But they have the ability to be immortal, to extend their lifetimes forever. They need the last vampire to continue living….”

They were around fifty, wandering around the world, living among the human just as the perfect human, still waiting for the sacrifice that could lead them to the path of eternal afterlife to heaven. ********* Author's note. She wasn’t worried about anyone seeing her; mortals couldn’t see reapers unless the reaper wanted to be seen. There was a glass dome in the center of the roof, made from green, transparent glass. One side of the dome had a giant hole in it, as though something heavy had been thrown through it. Lisa approached the hole and jumped in, tucking her wings to avoid the jagged edges.

As he activated the Divine tripod, he replied, "Haha, take advantage of his Immortal's Defying and add some materials to him." The Eight Desolations Heavenly Book took a deep breath and said, "Good boy, you're so kind." "The thing should be used by the suitable person. It can be considered that I have done my best for that person. The Immortal Tripod is worthy of the golden body!" The sweeping old man's hand moved after his words sounded. The Divine Tripod immediately rotated rapidly.

I will bring to you the fear of death…” now he was rambling, spittle and blood spilling with each word… “and when I’m done with you every one will understand my power.
