My parents and the last generation of Guardians who were gifted with a Guardian spirit have gone to be with the Moon Goddess. He said, "I know but keep that a secret, not all of our kids are immortal, so not knowing which one plays to our advantage," and I smiled. Drax was right, I was only immortal because my dad Ryker was mated to him which transferred the immortal gene to me, my other siblings before the mating wouldn't be immortal except for my older and little sister. I had on a joggers and T-shirt because I didn't want to give Vasa the wrong idea although I preferred sleeping without a shirt

After a minute of silence, he finally asked the question that was eating away in his mind. "Father, what is immortality?" He asked innocently. His father turned to look at him and smiled wryly. "Kill an immortal? How can you kill an immortal?" I was getting more worked up the more I heard. Aria noticed this and maintained her composure as she resumed her explanation. Only pure ones could have that immortality, Zaya can’t be immortal.” No matter how I said that. I couldn’t find it assuring as it should be.
