"in Death" J.d. Robb Novels & Stories

“I know this isn’t Dale. He’s never prompt.” “Yeah. It’s Zach. Brad killed Dale. Got mad about something and next thing I know Dale’s bleeding out. What the hell, man? I didn’t sign up for this.” Oh, Toby was good. A little bit of fear and a little bit of resentment. Perfect. “What did you do with the body?” Danny was sharp.

She watched the pale Robb stand by Harry's bed, bowing his head with his bloodshot eyes. "Uncle Robb," Alexis called out softly while taking a step forward. "Alexis." Robb managed a bitter smile. He attempted to raise his hand to touch Alexis' head, but a metallic sound interrupted him. Hence, he could only lower his hands. "Uncle Robb, how did you end up like this?" Alexis grabbed his hands. Robb's eyes, which had dimmed, suddenly lit up. He stared fixedly out the window and whispered, "Because of Kendrick! Mr. Hayes clearly said that as long as I harmed that woman, it would be fine. But Kendrick found out ... If I had killed that woman back then ... Hehe!"

I throw my wet clothes in his laundry basket before joining him in the living room, on his couch where he's watching the N*****x series Money Heist. "Spoiler alert, very likable characters die." I plop down next to him. "It wouldn't be very realistic if there weren't major deaths." He says. "Yeah, but the ones in this one were too brutal." I sigh, remembering how hard I cried during the final season. "Have you seen the last season of Game of thrones?" He asks to prove a point. "Yeah, I thought it was fair, the dragon bitch had to die and he was the perfect guy for the job." I yawn.

I had another chance. But until she was back in my arms— nothing would ever feel complete. * “Cigarettes won’t help much, Renz.” Rob’s voice came from behind me. I didn’t turn. I didn’t flinch. The soft sound of his wheelchair followed as he rolled closer, stopping beside me. We stood there in silence for a moment, the night heavy between us. “I was terrified,” Rob said quietly. “The empire fell. Then the news came that you were dead.” He exhaled. “That fear… it was hell.”

They think the young Mort who will dominate the Underground in the future is the "Perfect One" As a child, Mort has already contributed a lot to the clan, especially in ammo and weaponry. He has also won many battles against the Underground countless times. People considered him a threat and is feared by everyone. He became infamous in the Underground and nicknamed him 'DEATH'. Certain and Quick Death, he never lets his opponents speak before he kills them. He doesn't need to hear any of their pleas or last words. He never looked away. And when it came to the final moment, when he had the chance to kill me, Bobby hadn’t been able to do it. He couldn’t cross that line because he had never crossed it before. Bobby planned. D.J. executed. He was older. Harder. More practised. More ruthless. I bent double beside a rubbish bin and vomited, then kept running. Even though the picture was of poor quality, my figure was still recognizable. The post quickly gained traction. People were eating up the drama. Roman’s heartless ex-girlfriend was finally getting what she deserved. Even God had had enough and was taking my life away. Curious onlookers started digging into my past. They left nothing untouched. My background, my school, and everything about my life were exposed online. The funeral home replied to the comment. EverlastingRestFuneralHome_official: Our funeral home usually only uses white flowers, but that young woman insisted on ninety-nine roses. I asked if the color might be too bright. She said they were for herself. Sigh. It was only then

She had to die, so I could have everything she had and live the life she was supposed to enjoy! Emma's hair was a mess, her face was twisted in a grin as she spoke with eerie calm. "I only noticed you because of Jasmine," spat David. "I never had feelings for you." "How dare you compare yourself to Betty's mother? You're insane. You destroyed our entire family!" David turned and stormed off, seething. Emma kept laughing, muttering to herself, "You're all just like me. You're all murderers!" In a dark corner, Lilith stood with tears in her eyes.
