She watched the pale Robb stand by Harry's bed, bowing his head with his bloodshot eyes. "Uncle Robb," Alexis called out softly while taking a step forward. "Alexis." Robb managed a bitter smile. He attempted to raise his hand to touch Alexis' head, but a metallic sound interrupted him. Hence, he could only lower his hands. "Uncle Robb, how did you end up like this?" Alexis grabbed his hands. Robb's eyes, which had dimmed, suddenly lit up. He stared fixedly out the window and whispered, "Because of Kendrick! Mr. Hayes clearly said that as long as I harmed that woman, it would be fine. But Kendrick found out ... If I had killed that woman back then ... Hehe!"

JAY: “Jay!” Denny’s voice filled the room just seconds after the door burst open. Glass shattered as it was flung through the window, the shards scattering outward like stars. He rushed to me, held me up, but nothing could stop the curse. I died. My obsession killed me. Rage and revenge drained my life until nemesis caught me at last. But just before the final dot of light vanished, his voice slipped into the darkness, a spark tearing through the void.

I had another chance. But until she was back in my arms— nothing would ever feel complete. * “Cigarettes won’t help much, Renz.” Rob’s voice came from behind me. I didn’t turn. I didn’t flinch. The soft sound of his wheelchair followed as he rolled closer, stopping beside me. We stood there in silence for a moment, the night heavy between us. “I was terrified,” Rob said quietly. “The empire fell. Then the news came that you were dead.” He exhaled. “That fear… it was hell.”

They think the young Mort who will dominate the Underground in the future is the "Perfect One" As a child, Mort has already contributed a lot to the clan, especially in ammo and weaponry. He has also won many battles against the Underground countless times. People considered him a threat and is feared by everyone. He became infamous in the Underground and nicknamed him 'DEATH'. Certain and Quick Death, he never lets his opponents speak before he kills them. He doesn't need to hear any of their pleas or last words. The important thing for him is they die in his hand and won't allow them to cheat death.

He never looked away. And when it came to the final moment, when he had the chance to kill me, Bobby hadn’t been able to do it. He couldn’t cross that line because he had never crossed it before. Bobby planned. D.J. executed. He was older. Harder. More practised. More ruthless. I bent double beside a rubbish bin and vomited, then kept running. The off-licence blurred past, then the betting shop, the pizzeria, discount store, pawnbroker, bakery and the Rag and Firkin pub.

“Maverick!” He could see her running towards him and he hurried over to her and that was when he noticed the panic that was on her face. “Cara, what is wrong?” He asked and she tried to regulate her breathing. She huffed for a bit before she started talking breathlessly. “Maverick! Robb is dead!” “What?!” He asked with widened eyes. He moved closer to her and smelled her body before his eyes almost narrowed into slits. “Fucking werewolves!” He growled. “Lead the way!”
